"The Cuban Five" currently are serving life sentences for their attempts to protect Cuba from the violent acts committed by the radical Right-wing Miami Cuban network, which continues to perpetrate bombings and assassinations against the Cuban people. After enduring decades of attacks and U.S. Government indifference, Cuba dispatched "the Cuban Five" to Miami to observe, monitor, and report on the workings of the network. When they reported their findings to the FBI, they were rounded up, charged with espionage, and sentenced to life in prison!
