I will reveal additional facts after I have contacted the LA Times this coming week regarding the election evidence I am offering to them. This is the evidence that Congresswoman Maxine Waters tried to quash on May 18,2006 from getting from her LA office to the House Judiciary Committee which was a prearranged meeting set up by her Chief of Staff, Mikhail (spelling unsure). Ms Waters had the LAPD escort me in handcuffs on a 5150. She only succeeded for 30 hours. I have contacts whose contacts in "intel" had me released without any questions asked. Here is some of what is known about Melvin Lattimore that Richter, the FBI, CIA, DOJ, Chertoff, Ashcroft, GW Bush, Alberto Gonzales. Porter Goss, Negropotne, etc have known for years:

Lattimore is a Black Muslim originally from St Louis, Missouri. He was convicted in the late 1970s for stockpiling weapons and explosives at a St Louis mosque. His Muslim name is Mujahid Abdul-qaddir Menepta. He has been identified as Al Fatah’s North American recruiter associated with the PLO and Hamas in OKC. He was living in OK at the time of the OKC bombing and was associated with OKC and Norman, OK mosques.

Lattimore’s credit card was used to buy the bombing making materials for the 1993 WTC bombing. Richter’s proteges’, US Attorneys Michael Chertoff and Patrick Fitzgerald, knew about, approved, covered up and lied to Congress and the courts about their role with the FBI in paying Emad Salem to recruit 7 men to bomb the WTC in 1993 using materials bought with Lattimore’s credit card.

Three of the men that worked with Lattimore and Salem were Anis and Asad Siddiqy, Mr Yassin (sent back to Iraq by US Attorneys!) and Mohammed Chafti and they were trained in explosives by FBI and CIA provocateur and informant Ali Mohammed who was released a month ago by the DOJ after being convicted in 1998 of the Tanzania and Kenyan bombing and for helping Bin Laden and AlQaeda.

Lattimore was an FBI provocateur and informant who, along with the Siddiqys and Chafti helped and encourage McVeigh in OKC carry out the OKC bombing. Lattimore’s 1993 WTC bombing associates, the Siddiqys and Chafti, were with McVeigh in OKC moments before the OKC bombing. The witness to this, Debbie Burdick, was threatened to not talk to the press or to defense attorneys by FBI agent Odom out of Denver during and after the OKC bombing trials while Odom and FBI agent Floyd Zimms were working for DOJ prosecutors in Denver. FBI and CIA agent Floyd Zimms (wife was an HW Bush Republican delegate) arranged for the release of the Siddiqys and Chafti after they were arrested on the day of the OKC bombing. The FBI’s former OKC bombing Inspector, Danny Defenbaugh, hid the FBI 302 reports of the arrests of the Siddiqy’s and Chafti until the reports were identified in his Dallas FBI office (FBI SAC Dallas) in January 2001.

Lattimore worked closely with Iraqi provocateurs brought back to the US after the first Gulf war by HW Bush and he CIA including Iraqi provocateur, Al Hussain Hussaini. Hussini had been employed by Dr. Samir Khalil, a Hamas and PLO operative whose PLO and Hamas employees and friends closely associated with Lattimore in OKC. Khalil and Hussaini, like Lattimore have never been questioned or prosecuted for their roles in the OKC bombing. A former assistant US attorney in OKC, Ted Richardson, had convened a federal grand jury to investigate Dr Khalil in early 1995 only to have Reno abruptly quash the grand jury shortly after the OKC bombing. Ted Richardson was found dead with a shotgun wound to his chest not far from Khalil’s home in OKC during the McVeigh federal trial.

Lattimore was with McVeigh’s car and two other FBI provocateurs, James Rosencrans and Sean Kenny, at the OKC Travelers Aid adjacent to the bombed Murrah federal building one day before the OKC bombing. 6 FBI agents spent 9 months browbeating 4 witnesses at eh Travelers Aid trying to make them change their story about seeing Lattimore at the Travelers Aid. No FBI sketches of Lattimore were ever done with the witnesses even though the FBI sketch artist Jean Boylin was available in OKC at the time. No FBI 302 interview notes with the witnesses were ever made available in the federal or OK state OKC bombing trials. Lattimore was the roommate of the 20th 9/11 hijacker Zacarias Moussaoui while he attended the Airman flight school in Norman Oklahoma in 2000 and 2001.Lattimore was also briefly roomed with 9/11 hijackers Al Hazmi and AlShehhi in Norman. The FBI was closely monitoring all of this in Norman at the time according to FBI documents obtained by reporter Greg Gordon.

Lattimore traveled to Minnesota in August 2001 to bail Moussaoui’s other roommate, AlAttas out of jail, at a time when Minneapolis FBI agents were holding Moussaoui and Al Attas and were being denied permission to search Moussaoui’s computer by senior FBI counter terrorism officials known to and close to Bush, Chertoff and John C. Richter.

Richter knows that the FBI has been monitoring (with wiretaps and using provocateurs) in OKC and Norman, Hamas and Iraqi cells since at least 1991 that have been associated with the 1993 WTC and OKC bombing and the 9/11 attacks. Terrorism expert Steve Emerson filmed for his documentary, “Jihad in America”, an Islamic extremist conference in OKC in Dec 1991. The documentary (which has been shown to Congress several times) reveals that during the 1991 OKC conference, WTC attacks were openly discussed and planned by OKC Hamas terrorists being closely monitored by OKC FBI agents including FBI agent Floyd ZImms.

Yet the FBI and DOJ, Richter, Ashcroft and Chertoff and now Gonzales, intentionally have not opened criminal cases to seriously try to get these known cells and known operatives off the streets even to this day. Now that Lattimore and Ali Mohammed are free, walking America’s streets, will Richter and the FBI and the DOJ use Lattimore and Ali Mohammed once again as provocateurs for another terror attack in OK or somewhere else in America? If they do, will they once again falsely claim they did not have enough details to have warned the public, to have preempted or to have stopped the attack. In that event, will they once again ask for police state powers above and beyond what Richter and Chertoff originally wrote and asked for under the extended Patriot Act?

Richter was brought to OKC in October 2001 by the DOJ to prosecute Lattimore for a firearms violation. But at the time of Lattimore’s conviction the FBI and DOJ as well as Richter and AG Ashcroft knew that Lattimore had been used as an FBI provocateur together with Ali Mohammed in the 1993 WTC and the 1995 OKC bombing. They also knew that Lattimore was the roommate of 9/11 hijackers Moussaoui, AlShehhi and AlHazmi and had been with Mohammed Atta in Norman OK just before the 9/11 attacks. Richter’s 2001 prosecution of Lattimore was done to get Lattimore out of the limelight to avoid press and public scrutiny of FBI, CIA and DOJ corruption, murder and treason involving these attacks with Ali Mohammed and Melvin Lattimore

The Siddiqys and Chafti, like Lattimore, were seen by credible witnesses with McVeigh close to the scene of the OKC bombing. The FBI tried to threaten and suppress all of these witnesses even though the Siddiqys and Chafti were arrested and later released. Lattimore was seen with Mohammed Atta at an OKC motel in July 2001, the same OKC motel Lattimore had visited in 1995 with McVeigh and another CIA provocateur, the Iraqi, Al Hussain Hussaini.

Ali Mohammed was close to the mastermind of the 1993 WTC attacks, Khalid Mohammed, and the bomber recruits Ali had trained, the Siddiqys. So it should not come as a surprise to learn that a letter to the Siddiqys from Khalid Mohammed was found on Khalid’s and Ramzi Yousef’s shared computer in the Philippines in January and February 1995. Yousef was also convicted for the 1993 WTC bombing and was Khalid’s nephew. In fact, the plans for the 9/11 attacks on US skyscrapers using hijackers were found on the same computer. Ali Mohammed’s associate, Khalid Mohammed took these plans to Bin Laden and convinced Laden in 1996 to carry out the 9/11 attacks using the plans.

The FBI and CIA seized the same computer in early 1995 when they had learned of McVeigh’s and Nichols plans for the OKC bombing after Nichols had met with Yousef, Khalid Mohammed and 5 Iraqi explosives experts in the Philippines. It came as no surprise for the FBI or CIA that Ali Mohammed’s cohorts the Siddiqys, Chafti, Khalid Mohammed and Lattimore were in OKC for the OKC bombing.

Ali Mohammed escorted AlQaeda leader Dr, Ayman Zawahiri and Khalid Mohammed in the US and in OKC in March -April 1995, at the time of the OKC bombing. When arrested in 1998 Ali Mohammed was carrying training manuals on how to hide and set off explosives in public buildings like was done in the 1993 WTC, 1995 OKC and Kenyan and Tanzanian embassy attacks.

The FBI had used Ali Mohammed and El Hage to also monitor AlQaeda pilots training in the US for the 9/11 attacks in 1996 through September 11, 2001 with the help Dallas police officers and Dallas FBI agents under the control of Dallas FBI SAC, Danny Defenbaugh. El Hage was living in Dallas at the time until his arrest in 1998. The FBI 302 reports of the Siddiqy’s and Chafti’s arrests and release in OKC and in Dallas on the day of the OKC bombing were hidden in Defenbaugh’s Dallas office until January 2001. Defenbaugh had been the FBI’s inspector for the FBI OKC bomb task force. Defenbaugh was fully aware that OKC’s FBI and CIA agent, Floyd Zimms, had arranged for the release of the Siddiqys and Chafti after arrest by local authorities, even though the FBI knew that they had been seen with McVeigh moments before the OKC bombing and were known to have been involved in the FBI orchestrated 1993 WTC bombing. OKC witness Debbie Burdick was repeatedly threatened by FBI agent Odom about her seeing McVeigh with the Siddiqys and Chafti in OKC.

The Brooklyn mosque attended by Ali Mohammed’s 1993 WTC bombing trainees was the same mosque visited by and associated with 9/11 hijacker Mohammed Atta at the time Atta was being tracked by Able Danger and the Pentagon as well as the FBI and CIA in the US in 1999-2001.
The 9/11 Commission staff director Philip Zelikov and current NSC director, Steven Hadley, both former NSC deputies for Condi Rice, intentionally lied about and hid the facts of what the Clinton and GW Bush NSC and Pentagon knew about the roles of Atta, Lattimore and Ali Mohammed. They intentionally kept these facts out of the 9/11 Commission and 9/11 Congressional reports. PA Congressman Curt Weldon and Able Danger military officers provided part of this information to Hadley and the 9/11 Commission staff but the commission staff deliberately withheld it for GW Bush and Rice. Similar information about the roles of these FBI and CIA provocateurs associated with the 9/11 hijackers and the 9/11 plans was provided to the 9/11 Commission staff under Philip Zelikov via my report Counter Terrorism Antecedents for the 9/11 Attacks. My report was sent to and discussed with Speaker Hastert’s office and 9/11 Commission staffer John Roth.
The FBI and CIA and even the DOJ have publicly admitted that they were also tipped by Ali Mohammed and Bin Laden’s secretary El Hage about the Kenyan and Tanzanian embassy bombings, a full six months before the embassy bombings. Yet the FBI, CIA, the NSC and Clinton intentionally did not try to stop the embassy bombings.

This week, less than three months after he had Ali Mohammed released, GW Bush cited the Kenyan and Tanzanian embassy bombings (staged and provoked by Ali Mohammed) as one of Bush’s pretexts for a global war on terror. But Bush’s war on terror is designed not to succeed because it intentionally avoids doing anything about the role of the HW and GW Bush ally, Communist China, as the leading backer of terrorism

NEW POLICE STATE, TERROR PRETEXT MISSION FOR DOJ OFFICIAL?

KTOK radio news in OKC is reporting that a high level DOJ official, John C. Richter, has suddenly been made the “acting” (temporary) US Attorney for all of the Western District of Oklahoma as of September 6, 2005. KTOK cited a White House biography of Richter calling Richter a Chief of Staff of the DOJ. See Acting US Attorney Part Two in OKC

Richter is the second person to be named “acting” US Attorney for the OK Western District in less than a week after succeeding Robert Troester who had just been named the '”acting” US Attorney on September 1, 2005.

Richter also has been “acting” Assistant Attorney General of the Criminal division for DOJ associated directly with Homeland Security Director Michael Chertoff and AGs John Ashcroft and Alberto Gonzales. Richter used almost 500 DOJ prosecutors in counter-terrorism, counter- intelligence and other national security cases. Michael Chertoff was head of DOJ Criminal Division in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks.

While Richter worked at the Office of Intelligence Policy and Review in DOJ he prepared and presented applications to courts to authorize electronic surveillance and physical searches relating to international terrorism and foreign counterintelligence investigations which likely included rendition flights by the CIA and interrogation techniques at Abu Graib in Iraq and at Gitmo.

Richter is a strong advocate of the Patriot Act that his protégé at the DOJ criminal division, Michael Chertoff, drafted even before 9/11. Richter wrote a letter to the Daily Oklahoman newspaper stating:

"From first hand experience as a federal prosecutor, I can tell you that we need these laws. They've made our country safer while preserving the civil liberties that Americans hold so dear."

One should seriously question why such a high level, high powered and highly experienced DOJ counter terrorism and counter intelligence official like John C. Richter would suddenly be dispatched to far away Oklahoma as a lower level, interim or temporary “acting” official. It is highly unlikely Richter would be assigned the much lower titled position as “acting” US Attorney for Western Oklahoma because of a demotion or because he wanted to be near family. It is also unlikely that the DOJ has sent Richter to now genuinely investigate persistent reports of the involvement of OKC based Middle Eastern terrorists in the OKC bombing (and even in the 9/11 attacks) made by investigators and reporters and known to the DOJ and FBI for over ten years.

There is strong suspicion that Richter was suddenly sent to Oklahoma on a specific mission to oversee Homeland Security, FBI and CIA operations involving another possibly imminent terror attack either in Oklahoma or somewhere else in America but originating from Oklahoma ties. Yet there currently is no heightened Homeland Security alert to the American people.

But what is indeed very alarming and paramount to learn and know is that Richter has been involved in similar missions before where the American people were intentionally not forewarned about provocateur and informant operations run by the FBI and CIA that led directly to and were a part of the 1993 WTC and OKC bombings as well as the 9/11 attacks.

John C.Richter prosecuted FBI provocateur and informant Melvin Lattimore in OKC in October and November 2001 shortly after the 9/11 attacks for a firearms charge relating to Lattimore ‘s prior conviction of a felony. No FBI sketches of Lattimore were ever done with the witnesses even though the FBI sketch artist Jean Boylin was available in OKC at the time. No FBI 302 interview notes with the witnesses were ever made available in the federal or OK state OKC bombing trials. Fox News bureau chief, Russ Cosby told me in 2004 that Fox News had determined that Lattimore had accompanied McVeigh at several other locations in OKC around the time of the OKC bombing.

In June through August 2001 AG Ashcroft (and DOJ IG Glen Fine) were informed of the Travelers Aid story in writing and in person by retired Air Force General Benton K. Partin. Yet intentionally nothing was done by Ashcroft or Fine about Lattimore.

One of the Travelers Aid witnesses, its director Gloria Smith, told Fox News reporters working for Russ Cosby during a taped interview that had Ashcroft and IG Fine had acted appropriately on the information it turns out that 9/11 should not have been allowed to happen, that is unless, it was intentionally allowed it to happen:

Lattimore was the roommate of the 20th 9/11 hijacker Zacarias Moussaoui while he attended the Airman flight school in Norman Oklahoma in 2000 and 2001.Lattimore also briefly roomed with 9/11 hijackers Al Hazmi and AlShehhi in Norman. The FBI was closely monitoring all of this in Norman at the time according to FBI documents obtained by reporter Greg Gordon.

Lattimore traveled to Minnesota in August 2001 to bail Moussaoui’s other roommate, AlAttas out of jail, at a time when Minneapolis FBI agents were holding Moussaoui and Al Attas and were being denied permission to search Moussaoui’s computer by senior FBI counter terrorism officials known to and close to Bush, Chertoff and John C. Richter.

Richter knows that the FBI has been monitoring (with wiretaps and using provocateurs) in OKC and Norman, Hamas and Iraqi cells since at least 1991 that have been associated with the 1993 WTC and OKC bombing and the 9/11 attacks. Terrorism expert Steve Emerson filmed for his documentary, “Jihad in America”, an Islamic extremist conference in OKC in Dec 1991. The documentary (which has been shown to Congress several times) reveals that during the 1991 OKC conference, WTC attacks were openly discussed and planned by OKC Hamas terrorists being closely monitored by OKC FBI agents including FBI agent Floyd ZImms.

Yet the FBI and DOJ, Richter, Ashcroft and Chertoff and now Gonzales, intentionally have not opened criminal cases to seriously try to get these known cells and known operatives off the streets even to this day. FBI agent Robert Wright told the public in his press conference a few years back that Wright was blocked by senior FBI and DOJ officials from taking off the streets known Hamas and AlQaeda terrorists associated with OKC and the 9/11 attacks, including Michael Chertoff’s protected associate, Yassin Qadi, the Bin Laden financier of Ptech, involved in 9/11. FBI Director Mueller fired Wright a few months ago just before Richter, AG Gonzales , the DOJ and the GW Bush White House decided to let Lattimore’s other associate, Ali Mohammed go free just as they had let Lattimore go unpunished for terror attacks.

If Richter is suddenly now once again in OK to seriously combat terrorism, will he and Homeland Security adequately forewarn Oklahomans and Americans of a pending terror attack, even though Richter intentionally did not fully prosecute Lattimore and even though Richter’s colleagues like, Chertoff, intentionally did not warn of but instead provoked the 1993 and OKC bombing and the 9/11 attacks? Now that Lattimore and Ali Mohammed are free, walking America’s streets, will Richter and the FBI and the DOJ use Lattimore and Ali Mohammed once again as provocateurs for another terror attack in OK or somewhere else in America? If they do, will they once again falsely claim they did not have enough details to have warned the public, to have preempted or to have stopped the attack? In that event, will they once again ask for police state powers above and beyond what Richter and Chertoff originally wrote and asked for under the extended Patriot Act?

John C. Richter’s sudden appearance in OK is extremely and ominously reminiscent of another sudden appearance of a top CIA official in Norman OK just before the 9/11 attacks. CIA agent David Edger came to the University of Oklahoma (OU) from Germany as a visiting professor in August 2001 after Edger had been monitoring the Hamburg cell of 9/11 hijackers Mohammed Atta, Alshehhi and Ziad Jarrah for over three years. After Edger’s arrival, a plane ticket was purchased for Jarrah at OU’s library. Also in August 1995 Moussaoui , Al Attas and the FBI’s boy, Melvin Lattimore traveled from OU to Minnesota. Edger, like Richter, Ashcroft and Chertoff, knew that Atta had been seen several places in Norman and in OKC with Lattimore in July 2001.

Given the FBI, DOJ’s and Richter’s previous corrupt track record in OK with Lattimore, the mere sudden presence of Richter once again in OK is an ominous foreboding of either a real terrorist attack or another attempt by police state advocates to be in place in time to once again take advantage of another terror attack that they may allow to happen by corrupt and incompetent policy.

Federal officials that intentionally provoke or allow another terrorist attack with attendant deaths would be accessories to murder certainly before the fact and, if they lie and perjure, also after the fact. FBI documents recently obtained by Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue and recent admissions by DOJ officials demonstrate that certain FBI and DOJ officials were accessories “before and after the fact” in the murders of 169 people in the OKC bombing April 19, 1995. They are accessories to murder “before the fact” because they illegally used up to 19 provocateurs including a German foreign national, Andreas Strassmeir, and US military personnel, Sean Kenny and Dave Hollaway, to encourage and help McVeigh finance, build and strategically locate his truck bomb, all while aggressively blocking a BATF raid against FBI provocateurs, a raid that would have stopped the OKC bombing.

These same FBI and DOJ officials are accessories to murder “before the fact” because they perjured themselves, obstructed justice and withheld evidence, threatened key witnesses and lied to Congress during federal and OK state trials and at federal and OK County grand juries pertaining to the OKC bombing.

An analysis of conduct by some of Oklahoma’s US Senators, Congressmen and a former governor from OK, reveal that these men too were and continue to be accessories after the fact to the murder of the 169 people killed in the OKC bombing. They include Senator James Inhofe, Senator Tom Coburn, former Senator Don Nickles, Congressman Ernest Istook and former governor Frank Keating. They are accessories to murder “after the fact” because they learned about the criminality of the FBI and DOJ officials and their operation in the OKC bombing soon afterwards (before in the case of Istook and Keating) in some cases before) and intentionally have protected FBI and DOJ officials they knew were accessories to murder in OKC.

McVeigh’s Arizona neighbor Michael Fortier was sentenced to 14 years in prison for Fortier knowing about but not telling authorities in advance about the OKC bombing. If knowing about the OKC bombing in advance but not warning the public who went to the Murrah building and its day care center and not trying to stop the bombing is being an accessory to murder in OKC as in the case of Fortier, then there are also strong indications that some of these OK federal and state officials were accessories to murder in the OKC bombing “before the fact”.

Being accessories to the murders in OKC, before or after the fact, would explain why these OK federal officials are out right resistant to, ignoring and obstructing calls from victims and investigators to hold Congressional hearings, to have federal and state prosecutions, and to compensate injured victims. These officials’ recalcitrance and excuses come in the face of being presented overwhelming and newly released government document evidence and confessions of federal criminality. These officials are refusing to carry out their to oaths to uphold the laws of the land to investigate and prosecute federal criminality.

To avoid their responsibility and risk exposing that they too are accessories to murder, these OK federal officials have now stooped to hiding behind OKC victims by falsely asserting that the majority of the victims want to forget about the OKC bombing, do not want other John Does brought to justice and no longer want accountability for federal criminality. Even the friends of these OK federal officials at the Daily Oklahoman newspaper have been used to try to extinguish or drastically reduce public support for OKC victims’ newest calls for hearings and prosecutions of federal officials. The Oklahoman just recently launched a vicious and ruthless editorial “Be alert for storm victim surge” to attack and smear OKC bombing victims, victims who have recently been publicly calling for Congressional hearings and consideration for compensation (See article reference below):

“It happened here after the April 1995 bombing. While most victims and survivors went about their lives, a few became professional victims and remain that way. It happened in New York and New Jersey after Sept. 11. Some victims in both cases still can't accept the fact that criminals bent on murder did their deeds with no thought to who would be harmed.”

The Daily Oklahoman’s attacks are particularly mean spirited because the editors know that while FBI and DOJ officials criminally involved in the OKC bombing live comfortably off their pensions, many of the OKC bombing victims still struggle economically to pay their bills and medical expenses.

It appears the editors of the Daily Oklahoman want to kill off all sympathy for OKC bombing victims recently calling for Senate hearings and federal prosecutions for federal criminal conduct. The Daily, like the OK federal officials, may fear that public support for the victims might lead to successful public pressure to reopen investigations and expose the federal corruption that the Daily is intentionally not reporting.

Many of the OKC bombing victim family members belong to the OKC organization “Victims of Terrorism Information and Vital Exchange Services”, also known as VOTIVES, which has over 194 members.

In August 2005 VOTIVES sent letters to Oklahoma’s US Senators James Inhofe and Tom Colburn. The letters asked the Senators to request Senate Judiciary Committee hearings and a federal prosecutor for criminal conduct of FBI and DOJ officials. VOTIVES spokesman Gloria Chipman also was on an OKC KTOK radio magazine program in August 2005 with host Gwin Faulconer-Lippert describing the reasons for the VOTIVES request to Inhofe and Coburn.

The VOTIVES letter follows on the heals of formal requests I made in writing in early August 2005 to US Senator Inhofe and US Senator Coburn for Senate Judiciary hearings and prosecutions of certain individual FBI and DOJ officials relating to the OKC bombing based on FBI and court documents and news article interviews that I sent to the Senators' offices and staff in DC. These documents are not based on some conspiracy theory, they are actual FBI documents obtained by Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue referred to above that show FBI and DOJ direct criminal complicity with provocateurs in the murder of 169 people in the OKC bombing and in perjury and criminal obstruction before OK state and federal grand juries and trials.

Attorney Jesse Trentadue has been on OKC’s KTOK news radio several times in 2005 describing the FBI documents he has obtained showing what Trentadue has said in FBI criminal conduct in the OKC bombing case. Jesse Trentadue has also publicly stated on KTOK radio, that FBI documents show that former US Senator Don Nickles of OK deliberately helped the FBI cover up the OKC bombing and the death of Trentadue’s brother in OKC. US Senator Don Nickles was a close colleague of Senator James Inhofe and of Oklahoma’s US Congressmen Ernest Istook and Tom Coburn when they served in Congress at the time of the OKC bombing. VOTIVES spokesman Gloria Chipman also told radio magazine host Gwin Faulconer-Lippert on KTOK radio recently that while Senator, Don Nickles had repeatedly broken promises to VOTIVES to pursue and deliver on OKC bombing victims’ requests, rights, needs and compensation in the OKC bombing.

In March 2005, when California Congressman Dana Rohrabacher announced that he would be investigating the OKC bombing case, US Representative Ernest Istook and former OK governor Frank Keating publicly warned Rohrabacher in an AP and Tulsa World story by Jim Myers that “he would be made to look silly if he persisted in an investigation.”

The Trentadue case had helped spark Rohrabacher’s interest in holding congressional hearings into the Oklahoma City bombing. Rohbacher even sent a letter to FBI director Robert Mueller on August 19, 2005 telling Mueller to stop trying to impede federal judge Dale Kimbal’s order to turn over un-redacted FBI documents further implicating FBI officials in the OKC bombing murders. But according to an article “Rohrabacher presses FBI On Hangings” in the September 2005 issue of the ocweekly (see article reference below), Rohrabacher’s efforts may be waning because of pressure from Istook, Keating and Inhofe:

“Under withering criticism from fellow Republicans, including Sen. James Inhofe and Rep. Ernest Istook of Oklahoma—both of whom oppose new hearings into the bombing—Rohrabacher has yet to follow through. “

The ocweekly article further states that Istook’s communications director once again tried to stave off calls for an OKC bombing investigation, an investigation that would expose Istook’s foreknowledge, possible perjury and Istook’s role in the cover-up of the OKC bombing to be described later in this article below:

“but Matt Lambert, Istook’s communications director, said his boss wasn’t wild about what Rohrabacher was up to. “He thinks this incident is in the past,” Lambert said. “There’s been enough investigation, and he’s not interested in exploring this matter any further.”

Congressman Ernest Istook announced in August 2005 on OKC‘s KTOK news radio that he is seriously looking at his running for governor of OK. Some fear what will happen if another failed federal sting operation happens in OK with Istook as governor since Istook helped former OK governor and ex FBI agent Frank Keating cover up the OKC bombing. Istook is now on a preemptive and aggressive damage control campaign to pave the way for his running for OKC governor by trying to beat down attempts to have OKC bombing prosecutions and investigations and hearings in Congress. Istook has and is continuing to try to “rewrite“ and falsely revise history about Istook’s role as an accessory to the OKC bombing murders. Istook is trying to cover-up his foreknowledge and role in the failed federal OKC bombing sting operation and Istook’s role in the perjurous and criminal federal cover-up by the FBI and DOJ in the aftermath of the bombing.

OK County Sheriff’s Hammons and Kochendorfer testified in the Fall of 1998. along with Congressman Istook before the OK County grand jury investigating the OKC bombing. According to accounts in the Daily Oklahoma and Oklahoma Gazette, Hammons and Kochendoerfer testified that Istook told them that Istook and the FBI had been told of the possible attack on the OKC Murrah federal building by April 7-9, 1995 BEFORE the bombing on April 19, 1995.

But Istook had already known much more about the OKC bombing forewarning and sting operation when Istook spoke to sheriff Kochendorefer on the night of the OKC bombing.

Sworn testimony by US prosecutor Beth Wilkinson to federal Judge Matsch in Denver in a November 1996 hearing reveals that the entire federal family (included US Marshals, FBI, US judges, Congressman Istook, etc) in OKC was officially forewarned warned of an attack on Murrah a few weeks before the bombing.

Istook was on the House subcommittee for Covert Appropriations at the time of the OKC bombing and may have approved the monies used in the failed federal OKC bombing sting operation.

There was a Federal raid on an OKC mosque in Istook’s OK district on March 13, 1995 associated with Islamic terrorist professor Sammy AlArian’s cells in Florida and the OKC bombing known to OK Congressman Ernest Istook at the time of the raid.

Istook told an OKC bombing victim in a taped conversation shortly after the bombing that Istook knew that the OKC bombing was an FBI staged failed sting operation that the public did not have a right or need to know about since Istook said it was a national security operation. The transcript of this conversation has been posted on the Internet and was prepared by the Pentagon terror advisor Jesse Clear.

In August 1995 Congressman Istook told me personally “there was nothing about the OKC bombing that I could tell him that he, Istook, and the FBI did not already know”. And then Istook proceeded to attack bombing victim family Glenn Wilburn (he lost two of his grand children in the Murrah day care center) and Istook told me to stay away from Wilburn’s investigation efforts. The recent FBI documents and teletypes ordered released in 2005 by Salt Lake City federal judge now further demonstrate that Istook (as an accessory to the OKC bombing murders) indeed knew what he was talking about when Istook expressed his extreme expert knowledge of the bombing to me in August 1995 and when Istook told the OKC bombing victim in the taped 1995 conversation about the failed but criminal national security operation involving the FBI.

Current US Senator Tom Coburn was a US Congressman from OK at the time of the bombing who did nothing to investigate even when asked by his OK constituents. Coburn’s US Senate staff is comprised of men that are very close to Congressman Istook. I personally warned Coburn and his staff about details of the Istook, Keating, FBI and DOJ cover up last year but was rebuffed by Coburn and his staff who are protecting Congressman Istook and perpetuating the OKC bombing cover-up. So far, Coburn has ignored evidence presented to him of federal criminal conduct in the OKC bombing murders and Coburn has yet to respond to the formal written and public requests by VOTIVES members and me to hold Senate hearings and press for federal prosecutions.

While on the Senate Intelligence and Armed Services Committees Oklahoma’s US Senator James Inhofe directly received detailed and specific information from the Pentagon terror advisor Jesse Clear and me in 1997 through 1999 relating to the FBI cover up of the OKC bombing. Clear and I briefed Inhofe’s aide on the Intelligence committee, Ken Johnson as well as the legal counsel for the committee, Joan Vale Grimson. In January 1999 I personally informed Inhofe of reports that Inhofe’s chief of staff and closest advisor, Herb Johnson wrote a letter in September 1998 describing official criminal cover up by the FBI and DOJ of the OKC bombing. Herb Johnson wrote and told OKC’s KTOK radio reporters that Herb Johnson was told by a close friend at the FBI command center in OKC the first week of the bombing that the FBI and DOJ agreed to actively start covering up the OKC bombing at that time. DOJ officials have now come forward and admitted to an official cover up as noted in the article referred to above.

The day after I spoke to Inhofe in January 1999, Inhofe ordered his staff to transfer all evidence he had received from the Pentagon terror advisor, Jesse Clear, and me in 1997 and 1998 directly to the Senate Intelligence committee without Inhofe or his staff retaining any copies (I asked his staff directly about this the day it happened). Inhofe’s legal counsel, Ed Wheeler, personally told me in 1998 that Senator Inhofe and his staff had been counseled by Wheeler to not acknowledge receipt of OKC bombing evidence from the Pentagon terror, Jesse Clear, advisor or me. I complained about what Wheeler had told me when I spoke to Inhofe personally in January 1999.

The week of the OKC bombing Inhofe publicly told TV reporters that Inhofe knew about and questioned the fact that many federal employees did not show up to work at the Murrah building on the day of the bombing. Inhofe has known since 1995 of very credible evidence that federal law enforcement (US marshals, FBI, federal judges, etc) in OKC was officially forewarned by the USG of a likely attack on Murrah, took the warnings seriously and did not warn the public or adequately try to stop the bombing. Since 1997 Inhofe has officially stonewalled and refused to move forward on Senate hearings or federal prosecutions of DOJ and federal officials for their roles in the OKC bombing.

I recently told Inhofe’s chief of staff, Glenn Powell that Inhofe has a constitutional duty to press for Senate hearings and prosecutions because Inhofe has received evidence of criminal conduct by FBI and DOJ officials in the OKC bombing case both in 1997-1999 from the Pentagon terror advisor, but also in the form of recently released FBI and court documents from the Trentadue I formally provided Inhofe’s office in early August 2005.

To date Senator Inhofe, like Senator Coburn has ignored evidence presented to him of federal criminal conduct in the OKC bombing murders and Inhofe has yet to respond to the formal written and public requests by VOTIVES members and me to hold Senate hearings and press for federal prosecutions. Inhofe’s knowledge and intentional failure to act on the criminality of the OKC bombing case belies Inhofe’s being an accessory to the OKC bombing murders, certainly after the fact, if not before.

I cannot say that OK federal elected officials in Congress, or that the DOJ or the FBI will have remorse, repent and accept accountability for the federal murders of 169 people in OKC.

Even if Oklahomans and Americans are not able to hold their officials accountable, they have now been given the reasons in this article to no longer rely on failed and corrupt federal leaders. I encourage them to look out much more for and rely more on themselves and their families, friends and neighbors- advice that has proven beneficial in the expanded Minuteman project and evidenced by the unselfish and heroic efforts of ordinary citizens and churches to help Katrina refugees.

Every day that goes by that these federal officials harden their hearts, that they lie and perjure, that they reject accountability and that they do not repent, means we are that much closer to when God will act because of the sufferings of OKC bombing victims, orphans, widows and widowers.

There may come a time when there will be no more divine protection from natural or man made disasters (terrorism, etc) for those federal officials who were accessories to the murder of 169 innocents in OKC. They may have cruel and base leaders raised up over them. They may have their weakest of enemies prevail against them. While they block laws and courts, reject accountability and refuse restoration to victims, there may come a time when they will no longer enjoy peace.

God is sovereign in the affairs of men, nations and governments. His Word is more sure and lasting than anything men will ever say or do. His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

And I believe that he helped McVeigh steal the goods and helped buy the equipment, and I believe that he helped McVeigh make the bomb, and I believe his whole task in this whole thing, his only real task was to render the device safe so that the Federal agents could pretend to remove it and move in. They did not want to move in until he was cleared of the scene so that they wouldn’t tip their hands. See what I’m saying?

And the odds are pretty good the whole reason behind that is because they were after someone bigger than McVeigh which means they probably think he was linked to somebody in the militia movement or something like that.

So I think what you’re saying. You know I understand what you’re saying. But I don’t think you see the big picture. I don’t think that you know

I’d only divulge a look at the big picture if that’s the actual scenario. If that’s the actual scenario, which I believe it to be, I think there really is no claim that the agent, that was John Doe #2, did not render the bomb safe. Which he very well may have rendered the bomb safe, and then McVeigh may have put in a second fail-safe which he didn’t know about. Which is probably what’s happened.

Because if they knew the truck was loaded with bombs, and they’d go off, they would have evacuated the building. The only reason they wouldn’t have, was if they had prior knowledge that the bombs were rendered safe. Which is probably the situation here.

W: Uh. Okay

C: I would bet money on that’s, in fact, the way this whole thing came down. Yes they stood out in front of the building. Yes, they followed him directly to the building. Yes, they watched him get out of the building, get out of the truck . Yes, they watched him drive off. That’s not --- that was their plan. I don’t believe they ever planned to apprehend him anywhere near the building.

I believe that John Doe #2 was a Federal witness. His job was to render the device safe. Therefore, the only thing sitting out in front of that building was a bomb, a truck loaded with a bomb that would not go off. And I think that’s the situation. In fact I know it is.

W: Okay. So why didn’t they just come out and explain that to everybody?

C: Public does not have to know that. When it comes to the national security and things like this, the public does not know, the public is not required to know.

First of all, by doing that, they wouldn’t have, uh, put their witness, which is the Federal agent John Doe #2, they would have blown his cover, first of all. Which possibly he’s involved in something right now that you have no idea about.

You know there very well may have been numerous plots involving numerous buildings. See what I’m saying? You don’t have the whole picture, without full knowledge, and what you do may cost them their lives. You should be very aware

W: Okay. Well, that’s what I’ve being trying to be very careful of. I don’t want to see anyone else get hurt. At the same time

C: Well, if that guy’s cover’s been blown, he’s dead already.

W: Do you think so?

C: Sure. I’m sure. Once you have gone up to this point, it has gotten out, which I’m sure it has, because there are moles every where . The chances are good that he’s been terminated already and this whole thing has blown up in their face. I don’t believe that, out of an act of negligence, these highly trained professionals would have allowed that man to leave that truck out in front of that building with it’s live bomb in it.

W: No, no, no. It stood out there for the whole time, from the time it pulled up until that went off.

C: That’s what I’m saying. They would not have allowed it. The only reason they allowed that truck to sit there so long, is because in my opinion they were under the impression that that bomb was rendered safe. And I’d say that there was no rush, there was no reason to evacuate the building. There was no rush to make an arrest. The truck was just going to sit out there until they went and towed it off.

So I don’t think they thought it was an emergency and I think either that John Doe #2 made a mistake in rendering the bomb safe, or McVeigh was smart enough to plant a second fail-safe, which most bomb makers do.

W: Do you think that’s why they didn’t tell anybody?

C: No

W: Well

C: Exactly, the bomb was safe as far as they knew.

W: Okay. Well, that explains why there was so many of them there so fast.

C: Exactly. They followed him to the building, their agent was in the truck with him when they followed him to the building, every thing was under control, so far as they thought. As far as they thought, all they had was the man who built the bomb that was going to go off, because the agent rendered it safe. And their whole thing was not a problem. Let him drive his truck right in front of his target, allowed him to drive off.

Once he drives off, he renders the truck safe . And then we can have the chauffeur arrested on the interstate for bogus charges, which they did. And this was all planned out one hundred percent. I, I don’t believe they allowed that truck

W: You don’t think they intentionally let the bomb go off ?

C: No, that’s right. I’ll never believe that.

W: Well, I mean, that’s the only thing about this that I found so hard to believe.

C: They, they thought the bomb was safe. They thought their agent, who was in the truck and who helped prepare the bomb, would set it so it would not go off. Now, whether McVeigh went back to the truck, where the agent did not know, and put a second fail safe? The agent made a mistake and did not actually render the bomb safe like he was supposed to. That’s what’s going on here.

W: Well, see, that’s it then. I wanted someone that would be able to tell us for a fact if this was like, deliberate or not. You know what I’m saying?

C: I’m not going to tell you that. Let me tell you something. I’m sure they had --- everything was under surveillance, under surveillance there. So I’m sure they do have audio tapes of them saying, Let them go, let them go. Wait, wait, there was no rush in their mind. In their mind, there was no rush to get that truck away from that building. Because that building, that bomb, was not supposed to go off.

Therefore, every thing they did fits, if you think about it. They followed it, they allowed it to drive up there knowing that there was a bomb in the truck. Their idea was to let John Doe #2, the Federal agent --- And they would be able to use him in further investigations of these bombings, of these groups that are in militia groups. And this was a perfect entry in, because he could have went through there.

After McVeigh was arrested, John Doe #2 would have become a hero to the cause of the militias. And the militias would have taken him in and hid him, which would have made him part of the infrastructure of the militias. Which is what their goal was for this whole thing, was to bust the militias.

If you take the big picture, and look at the big picture, there were very few mistakes made on this sting operation. With the exception that John Doe #2, the Federal agent, did not render the bomb safe. Just think of it this way, (name of W: spoken)

W: I’ve always been a big fan of the United States and that, but then I’ve always been --- this was the one thing that bothered me.

C: They didn’t let this building fall intentionally. Their opinion was that this bomb was rendered safe and this bomb would not go off. And their whole thing on this thing, if you think about it, makes sense from a tactical standpoint. You would follow the truck to the building. You allow your lead suspect to get away clean. Okay? Then you set up a deal where you take the truck away from the building because it didn’t blow up because it’s not supposed to.

You take John Doe #2. He gets away, which is your Federal agent. John Doe #1, McVeigh is arrested on a bogus charge and then later proven that he’s the one who planted the bomb that did not go off.

W: But you honestly don’t think that they really intended

C: Not at all. Not at all. They would not have . No.

W: Okay. Well see that was the only thing. Because, see I’d heard from the very beginning that they intended for the building to blow up.

C: These are dedicated professionals. I don’t believe that.

W: Oh well, see, all I’ve been wanting to hear is just someone to tell me that was an accident.

C: Basically, what happened is, this was a mistake. Someone screwed up and the only one that screwed --- the agents on the scene. They didn’t screw up. They did exactly what their orders were. Wait, allow the suspect to leave the scene. Once the suspect has left the scene, then render the truck safe., which is already safe. All they have to do is get in, give a hot-wire, and drive it off to a safe location and then open up the back and disarm the bomb, which was supposedly rendered safe to begin with. Okay?

W: Yeah, okay.

C: And then from there they charge in. See the plan? They allow John Doe #2 --- This plan was put in motion before the bomb ever went off. Their intent was to allow McVeigh to be arrested later on. John Doe #2 to get away. And then John Doe#2 --- the Federal government would have released a sketch or picture. And then, that man would have had to go underground and hide.

Where would he hide? He would have hid with the militias. The militias would take him in as a hero. The militias would give him hero status in the militia movement, which would allow him to be privy to information that the government could use later on.

W: Yeah, and it also could keep other people from being blown up, too.

C: That’s exactly correct.

W: That makes a lot more sense than anything I’ve ever heard.

C: I mean, if you think about it all --- and I know how these agents in these types of scenarios

W: But I hope you understand why, you know, well, because someone explain to me what had happened, you know, and I just couldn’t help but feel like, you know, that --- because I heard from these radical groups that they let the building blow up.

C: No. They did not want that building to blow up. I guarantee you this, their whole intent was that that bomb was rendered safe before it was ever parked in front of that ---- first available emergency --- otherwise, they would have quietly

W: Got everybody out of the building?

C: Got everybody out of the building, before the bomb ever being pulled up in front of the building. There was no reason for them to do that, because according to their plan, the bomb was safe now. There was no reason to evacuate the building and the panic --- because there was a truck loaded with a bomb that was not going to blow up.

W: Yeah, because it was just ammonium nitrate, right? And we have ammonium nitrate all over town.

C: Exactly. And their whole thing was John Doe #2, who helped him to build this bomb, was a Federal witness, a Federal agent. In his job, I’m sure he is a trained explosives expert. His job was to render the device safe. But something happened and there was a mistake made. Either he did not --- Either he thought he had rendered it safe and he did not, or he rendered it safe and later on after it was rendered safe, McVeigh went back to the truck and set a second time. Which is probably what’s happened.

W: Okay.

C: See what I’m saying? And John Doe #2

W: Why didn’t you talk to me about this a long time ago?

C: Well, I didn’t know that you’d be able to get this far with it. By going this far with it --- Let me explain something to you. Your actions have consequences. There are a lot of witnesses, there are a lot of agents right now in the hills that are infiltrating these militia groups and

W: Uh, huh. I will shut up. I will put a stop to it.

C: All these people will get killed. Their blood will be on your hands. I understand that you want --- If I really thought that the government allowed the building to blow up, I would be with you one hundred per cent. But I know

W: Okay. I give you my word. I will drop it right now. If you believe that (a man’s first name is spoken) --- Okay. If you believe it, then I’ll drop it right now.

C: I’ll just say that I appreciate your saying that. And I believe that’s the truth. They were horrified when the bomb went off, really horrified.

W: Yeah, they all looked like they were in shock.

C: They figured as soon as McVeigh got free, as soon as he got --- drove off his car --- And I’ll tell you another thing they did --- big deal. They did his car. You know what they did?

W: What?

C: They stole his license plate off that car. You know why?

W: Why?

C: So that they’d have probable cause to stop him on the interstate.

W: Oh. Okay.

C: They stole his plate. Why do you think the plate was never found? His plate was stolen from the vehicle and the Federal government stole the plate from the vehicle. So that he would be arrested, John Do #2 would go free, they would put a sketch out that would make him like “America’s Most Wanted.”

The only place that a man that would be wanted by the government can hide would be to be hid by the militia groups inside their infrastructure.

But once he infiltrates the infrastructure, and he’s in --- All of a sudden he’s a hero. And right now you know, these groups probably believe that they have John Doe#2 and that they’re hiding him from the government and they’re doing the patriotic thing. And they believe that the building should have blown up.

So they’re holding him. Now this man’s privy to all kinds of information about future bombings, which we don’t even know about how many bombs they have stopped because of the agents

W: Okay.

C: How many lives have been saved because that agent’s now in the militia? And, if this comes to light

W: Okay. Okay, let me. I’ll tell you what. Let me, let me cancel the meeting for tomorrow. Okay. Let me do it right now, let me do it right now, while I think of it.

C: Is it awkward?

W: No, no, no, no. Listen, you’re the only one that’s sat down and talked to me that made any sense. Cause up until now, I, I , I

C: Does it not make perfect sense?

W: Yes, it does. But let me stop it right now.

C: It makes perfect sense to me.

W: Okay. Let me stop it right now.

C: If I was the one who made the command decisions on it, that’s exactly how I would have handled it.

W: Okay. Well, let me stop it right now. Okay? Bye

A Secret Service document to be entered as new evidence this week contradicts government accounts of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, indicating the existence of a videotape showing Timothy McVeigh with accomplices at the scene.

"Security video tapes from the area show the truck detonation 3 minutes and 6 seconds after the suspects exited the truck," says the document according to the Associated Press.

The Secret Service report, six days after the bombing, was a log of agents' activities and evidence in the investigation, the AP said.

The government, which has concluded McVeigh acted alone at the scene, contends there was no video of the blast or of the area minutes before the April 19, 1995, explosion that killed more than 160 people.

Retired Kansan repeats story of second man [John Doe 2 with McVeigh When Ryder Truck Rented]

McALESTER -- A retired Kansas body-shop owner insisted again Monday that another man was present when Timothy McVeigh picked up the bomb truck.

The witness, Eldon Elliott, was the 80th witness to testify so far at Terry Nichols' state murder trial.

He identified an FBI artist's sketch of John Doe No. 2 -- in a hat -- as the second man. The FBI based the sketch on the descriptions given by a body-shop mechanic.

The FBI searched for weeks after the bombing for John Doe No. 2. They later concluded the body-shop mechanic described an innocent Army private who had helped a friend move.

The private, Todd Bunting, and his friend were at the shop a day after McVeigh. Bunting wore a blue-and-white Carolina Panthers hat. The mechanic eventually agreed he had been confused.

Elliott testified he could not have made the same mistake because he did not see the customers the next day.

"Sen. Jim Inhofe, a pilot for 41 years, made an emergency landing early Saturday after the propeller fell off his airplane.

Inhofe, R-Okla., was not injured, but his single-engine airplane was slightly damaged, said press secretary Danny Finnerty. Inhofe was alone in the aircraft.

Inhofe said he glided for about eight miles before landing the plane at Claremore Airport. He said he took off from Ketchum, where he keeps his 1979 Grumman Tiger, and had been in the air about 10 minutes when trouble began.

``I noticed a vibration,'' he said, then heard a pop as the propeller dropped off.

The plane became tail heavy and he knew it would be difficult landing, he said. ``I wasn't sure I could make it,'' he said.

Inhofe, an experienced, commercially rated pilot, was en route from northeastern Oklahoma to Oklahoma City, where he was to meet President, who was touring tornado-ravaged parts of central Oklahoma.

According to Chicago attorney David Schippers in his book "Sellout" about the Clinton Senate trial, Inhofe was one of several Rpublican Senators like Pete Domenici of New Mexico who told Schiipers and the House mangers of the trial in no uncertain terms that they would not permit removal of Clinton in a Senate trial irregardless of the evidence that Schippers claimed was treason that pointed well beyond Monica Lewinsky and Clinton perjury.

When Inhofe as a US Representative was Chairman of the House Transportation Committee, he conducted closed door hearings into the CIA, Clinton and HW Bush drug trafficking operations at Mena Arkansas. Several of Terry Reed's buddies testified at these hearigns and told Terry Reed that the hearings were a sham and that Inhofe covered up. In Reed's book "Compromised" is hard evidence (a letter) of Inhofe obtaining one of the laundered Mena drug running aircraft for his own personal use. The propellor falling off Inhofe's plane left many wondering if someone wanted to make sure Inhofe did not spill the beans. Irregardless, Inhofe may have been sent a message by someone to keep silent.

We'll NEVER be able to trust any of them until those involved are held accountable for their dirty deeds. They're arrogant in their belief that they are armor-plated and not accountable to anyone.

I've sent some of OKCS's articles to different reps and senators here in CA, with no response. It seems no one in power wants to get involved in anything except cover-up for their cronies. I'm going to keep trying to get their attention, though.

Who is Ernst Zundel? He's on trial for freedom of speech in Germany.
Who is E.A. Blayre III? He's author of the book "America Deceived" which was banned from Amazon. So much for no gov't interference in what we read.
These OK City bombings hearings will be yet another whitewash (just ask Libby and Rove).
