Cheney outsourced the implementation of the FALSE FLAG OPERATION to Mossad...the FALSE FLAG experts. This explains why over 200 Mossad agents were operating in the United States prior to 9/11. This explains why five of them were arrested, having been observed filming the planes hitting the towers and their subsequent collapse - celebrating out worst nightmare.

9/11 was not a bad day for those involved in the Conspiracy. It was their shining moment...their PRETEXT.

The outing of Plame was designed to destroy the best WMD intelligence the US had at its disposal regarding Iraq. Plame knew for a FACT that Iraq had no WMD. It was HER JOB to know. Therefore Rove perceived Plame (the truth) as his WORST ENEMY, and conceived of a plan to silence her. Rove is the individual who insisted that Wilson be sent to Niger.

This was the only way to launch a smear program which appeared to be aimed at Wilson, but was intended solely to shut down the entire Brewster Jennings operation and bury their WMD evidence.

According to a recent Zogby poll, fully 90% of US troops in Iraq stated that they are fighting there to avenge Saddam's involvement in 9/11.

2) On May 1, 2003, aboard the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln, beneath the "Mission Accomplished" banner, he declared, "We have removed an ally of al-Qaeda and cut off a source of terrorist funding."

3) Also on May 1, 2003: "The battle of Iraq," he said, "is one victory in a war on terror that began on Sept. 11, 2001. With that attack, the terrorists and their supporters declared war on the United States. And war is what they got."

4) On Meet the Press, Cheney said that a U.S. success in Iraq will mean "that we will have struck a major blow right at the heart of the base, if you will, the geographic base of the terrorists who have had us under assault now for many years, but most especially on 9/11."

5) October 7, 2002 in a speech in Ohio, Bush said: "We've also discovered through intelligence that Iraq has a growing fleet of manned and unmanned aerial vehicles that could be used to disperse chemical or biological weapons across broad areas. We're concerned that Iraq is exploring ways of using these UAVS for missions targeting the United States."

6) December 12, 2003 in the newspaper Florida Today: U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson said the Bush administration last year told him and 75 other senators that Iraq not only had weapons of mass destruction, but they had the means to deliver them to East Coast cities. Nelson said the administration told senators Iraq had gone beyond exploring and developed the means of hitting the U.S. with weapons of mass destruction.

7.) January 28th State of the Union speech, Bush said: "The British government has learned that Saddam Hussein recently sought significant quantities of uranium from Africa. Our intelligence sources tell us that he has attempted to purchase high-strength aluminum tubes suitable for nuclear weapons production."

8. Cheney himself told Meet the Press, "We know that [Saddam] has a long-standing relationship with the al-Qaeda organization," a claim since refuted by U.S., U.N., and European intelligence reports. He said without proof that "Iraq has, in fact, reconstituted nuclear weapons." Cheney was in such a rush that, when confronted with a report from the International Atomic Energy Agency that directly contradicted him, he said simply "[IAEA Director] Elbaradei is, frankly, wrong." (Cheney was since forced to correct his statements).

Given what we know about VP Cheney's direct financial ties to Haliburton, isn't it clear that he has committed a fraud against the United States for the purpose of illegal financial gain, in accordance with the following statute? Couldn't the same be said of any US official who knowingly made false statements to advance the cause of war, while owning shares of companies that stood to gain substantially from that war? Cheney was acting specifically on behalf of the Contractor, Haliburton, to ensure no-bid contracts were awarded, based on knowingly fraudulent information generated by his own Office Of Special Plans. It might also be construed that any official who had a relationship to the Carlyle Group was also lying on their behalf - for their own financial benefit.

The financial links between those who lied, and those who benefitted as a direct result of the lies (primarily in the oil and military industries) are clear. The evidence that the President's speech knowingly included a lie about the Niger Yellow Cake is proveable in a court of law under oath.

That the Vice President knew for a fact that the claim was based on a forgery in advance of the President's speech is a given. That he instructed others to ensure that the sentence made it into the speech is also a given. What did the Vice President know, and when did he know it?

Everytime the Vice President knowingly lied to the American People to advance the cause of war, he committed a crime against the United States which both directly harmed other US citizens and directly enriched himself.

Consummate diplomats like Wilson typically do not speak of "lies." So outraged was Wilson, though, that this bogus story had been used to "justify" an unprovoked war, that he made a point to note that the already proven dishonesty begs the question regarding "what else they are lying about."

It was a double whammy. And, as is now well known, the White House moved swiftly-if clumsily (and apparently illegally)-to retaliate.

But there is abundant evidence that senior White House officials were aware of the CIA's doubts regarding the Niger story long before the State of the Union. Nearly a year earlier, in February 2002, the CIA had dispatched former Ambassador Joseph Wilson to Niger to investigate the claim about uranium purchases. When the CIA debriefed him in March, his findings were emphatic: As Wilson explained in a New York Times op-ed on July 6, "It did not take long to conclude that it was highly doubtful that any such transaction had ever taken place." CIA Director George Tenet claimed on July 11 that Wilson was sent to Niger by junior nonproliferation experts at the CIA acting "on their own initiative" and that senior administration officials were unaware of his mission. But this is not true. Wilson was told by CIA officials that the mission had been specifically requested by the office of the vice president. Indeed, Dick Cheney's chief of staff, Lewis "Scooter" Libby, told Time magazine that Cheney had "asked a question about the implication of the [uranium] report." And, as Wilson tells The New Republic, "When an executive agency is tasked to find something out and it gets an answer, it goes back to the person who requested it." For the White House to suggest that Cheney's office was unaware of the results of Wilson's inquiry strains credulity.

Moreover, there is strong evidence that the CIA clearly conveyed its doubts about the Niger allegation to the White House on more than one occasion prior to the State of the Union. When Bush wanted to include the claim in an October 7, 2002, speech in Cincinnati, Tenet personally intervened, imploring Condoleezza Rice's National Security Council (NSC) deputy, Stephen Hadley, to cut the allegation from the speech, which he did. The idea that no one involved with the State of the Union was aware of this earlier, emphatic intervention is implausible. And when the latter speech was being written, the CIA again raised questions about the Niger assertion. According to The New York Times, when NSC proliferation staffer Robert G. Joseph called his CIA counterpart, Alan Foley, to ask about including the allegation in the State of the Union, Foley told Joseph the CIA was not confident about the information.

Hadley determined that Bush had been specifically advised that claims he later made in his 2003 State of the Union address -- that Iraq was procuring high-strength aluminum tubes to build a nuclear weapon -- might not be true, according to government records and interviews.

Hadley was particularly concerned that the public might learn of a classified one-page summary of a National Intelligence Estimate, specifically written for Bush in October 2002. The summary said that although "most agencies judge" that the aluminum tubes were "related to a uranium enrichment effort," the State Department's Bureau of Intelligence and Research and the Energy Department's intelligence branch "believe that the tubes more likely are intended for conventional weapons."

The news media tells us that they are all Muslim Extremists - Al Qaeda. Are they?

How many of the purported terrorist attacks that have grabbed the headlines might actually have been "false Flag operations?"

I never knew what a false flag attack was until the past three years or so, when I began to do my own research to learn the truth behind the lies we are fed by the infotainment networks who claim to provide "news."

A false flag attack is strategic. The strategy works.

If you can make it appear that your enemy has attacked you (or your closest ally) in some grand and heinous way, it provides justification to strike your enemy (or those you wish to invade).

This is a TACTIC. If you don't know how frequently this tactic has been used, and to what ends, you really need to begin studying how many time false flag operations have been employed, who was behind them, who was warned of the attack in advance, who actually carried out the attack, how they did it, what the media response to the attack was, and what the political and military responses to the false flag attack were.

Many of the "Terrorist Attacks" that you believe were committed by "Muslim Extremists" or Al Qaeda", weren't.

If that statement is true, doesn't that cause you to at least do the research I am recommending here, so as to form your own educated opinion about this entire subject of "Terror" and how it is being used to manipulate the political and military landscape?

THERE was ruin and terror in Manhattan, but, over the Hudson River in New Jersey, a handful of men were dancing. As the World Trade Centre burned and crumpled, the five men celebrated and filmed the worst atrocity ever committed on American soil as it played out before their eyes.

Who do you think they were? Palestinians? Saudis? Iraqis, even? Al-Qaeda, surely? Wrong on all counts. They were Israelis - and at least two of them were Israeli intelligence agents, working for Mossad, the equivalent of MI6 or the CIA.

Their discovery and arrest that morning is a matter of indisputable fact.

It has always been a long-accepted agreement among allies - such as Britain and America or America and Israel - that neither country will jail a "friendly spy" nor shame the allied country for espionage. Chip Berlet, a senior analyst at Boston's Political Research Associates and an expert in intelligence, says: "It's a backdoor agreement between allies that says that if one of your spies gets caught and didn't do too much harm, he goes home. It goes on all the time. The official reason is always visa violation."

What we are left with, then, is fact sullied by innuendo. Certainly, it seems, Israel was spying within the borders of the United States and it is equally certain that the targets were Islamic extremists probably linked to September 11. But did Israel know in advance that the Twin Towers would be hit and the world plunged into a war without end; a war which would give Israel the power to strike its enemies almost without limit? That's a conspiracy theory too far, perhaps. But the unpleasant feeling that, in this age of spin and secrets, we do not know the full and unadulterated truth won't go away. Maybe we can guess, but it's for the history books to discover and decide.

The REAL issue is WHEN he declassified the report, allowing Scooter Libby to tell Judith Miller and others journalists the information to discredit Joe Wilson and expose his wife's CIA-cover (in-itself, a serious Federal-offense). The line between "private" corporations and military, intelligence and security functions is blurred to the point of being irrelevant. Corporate cronyism and government subsidy, in the form of "tax breaks" or largesse via "no bid contracts" or carte blanche funding of "research and development" is rampant.

Profilgate military spending, completely out of proportion to legitimate defense requirements and in utter disregard for fiscal responsibility, is pursued, both to achieve their misguided neoConservative, Imperialistic and Corporatist aims as well. True fiscal conservatives must be galled by deficits that are in the multi-hundred billion dollar range and a staggering, skyrocketing $8.2 TRILLION dollar national debt. 4. Lip service only is paid to our civil liberties and human-rights globally, while an obssesion with "the enemy" and repeated playing the "terrorist card" trumps both and justifies unprecedented domestic surveillance, as well as policies of unjustified detention and torture. Domestic social programs of compassion are the predictable casualties of this War Party President, and much of what survives becomes hopelessly entangled with religious dogma through what we euphemistically call "faith-based" initiatives, or more accurately, taxpayer funded and government sanctioned proselytizing, to the most vulnerable citizens.

5. The administration shamelessly engages in pandering to "christian" religious elements and crass public displays of "piety". BU$Hcorp has absolutely no regard for the Constitutitonal wall of separation of church and state, that is the very hallmark of our Republic. The fundamental rights of women, in terms of privacy and reproduction are paternalistically bridged, as well as those of different, inherent gender orientations, guided by the authoritarian dogma of intolerant fundamentalism.

6. Medicine and science are not immune from the fanaticism of religio-conservative ideology, with women's reproductive health, stem-cell research and climatology suffering politically motivated censorship. BU$Hcorp is loathe to recognize the nexus between industrialization and our voracious enegy requirements with it's obvious attendant environmental degradation, as well as substantive health risks.

a. It is no coincidence that the foundational basis for the biological sciences, evolution, has come under direct assault by emboldened christian fundamentalists during "born-again" Bu$h's tenure.

7. An administration that views the environment... our Commonwealth, only in the most myopic terms of corporate exploitation. No ecosystem is too fragile nor valuble nor asthetically beautiful to escape the fate of development or mining, when the lure of wealth becons the titans of industry and cronies of BU$Hcorp.
In the world of these greedy corporatists, the concept of "endangered species"... or sustainable growth with "renewables"... or the very basics of environmental stewardship, the hallmark of conservatism, is utterly lost and even disparaged.

Footnote: It is amazing that the Republican party used to stand on the principle of fiscal and environmental conservatism and sound economic policy, but has been co-opted by "social conservatives" into a party of intolerance, imperialism and fiscal irresponsibility. Besides the effects of balooning deficits which have mortgaged our children's future for decades hence, George W. Bu$h, like Millard Fillmore a few other obscure presidents, has yet to veto a single spending bill brought by the Republican Congress... not one! Contrast this pathetic lack of restraint with his father (46 vetoes) or Reagan (78), Eisenhower (181) or that era or "big government" under Franklin Delano Roosevelt (635)!

Also, corruption and scandal, always present in government with the twin "devils", money and power, have escalated to new levels of mendacity under BU$Hcorp as well.

When Bush's "solution" is to pour more gasoline on the fire then I say he's part of the problem.

Bush, the buffoon who looked the other way before 9/11 can't stand being held culpable (by his record) for his disgraceful conduct before, during and ever since.

The declassification was an afterthought, an ass-cover.

Aside from that, the unprecedented concentration of power in the executive branch orchestrated by this administration is beyond the pale. Whether illegal or not, most Americans will find it an immoral act. Their president committed four related immoral acts for which he will be remembered:

1 - He decided to invade a country that had done us no harm, to secure oil and further his American political agenda, before he came to office.

2- He used a tragic but unrelated event to create an endless fear in Americans, thus allowing him to easily manipulate them.

3 - He conspired to trick the American people into going along with his Invasion for Oil, by means of a WMD hoax

4 - He authorized the leaking of ONLY CHERRY-PICKED, classified information that he KNEW TO BE FALSE, to certain pre-selected members of the media (dupes, essentially) in order to silence those who called him out on this charade.

The fact that he later did the declassification paperwork does not make his actions any less immoral.

Clearly it does not occur simultaneously as the thought leaves Bush's lips, since the thought to declassify it occured some days prior to the 18th.

Is there a category called "UNOFFICIALLY DECLASSIFIED" that occurs somewhere in between the thought and the "OFFICIAL" designation, which in this case is claimed to have been attained on the 18th?

Describe the review process and the paper work entailed to move Classified materials into OFFICIALLY DECLASSIFIED status.

Who are the people that are typically involved in achieving OFFICIAL DECLASSIFICATION STATUS?

Were these procedures followed in this case?

On what day did the process begin?
