Summarizing the messages and evidence that I sent on the previous thread:regarding that 911( destruction of financial records and crimes in the World Trade Center, and attack on Naval (anti Israeli section of Pentagon)Offices, was an inside job done by US high Zionistic governmental leaders, and the Mossad, as the Main event, the New Pearl Harbor, the leaders of the New World Order,The Rockerfeller Federal Reserve Monopoly, needed to have inoder to carry out their plan to invade Iraq and ultimatly expand Israel's borders and rebuild the Third Temple,and reign over a one world government. I call it the Oilarchy.

A former chief economist in the Labor Department during President Bush([search])'s first term now believes the official story about the collapse of the WTC is 'bogus,' saying it is more likely that a controlled demolition destroyed the Twin Towers and adjacent Building No. 7.

"If demolition destroyed three steel skyscrapers at the World Trade Center on 9/11, then the case for an 'inside job' and a government attack on America would be compelling," said Morgan Reynolds, Ph.D, a former member of the Bush team who also served as director of the Criminal Justice Center at the National Center for Policy Analysis headquartered in Dallas, TX.

Reynolds, now a professor emeritus at Texas A&M University, also believes it's 'next to impossible' that 19 Arab Terrorists alone outfoxed the mighty U.S. military, adding the scientific conclusions about the WTC collapse may hold the key to the entire mysterious plot behind 9/11.

"It is hard to exaggerate the importance of a scientific debate over the cause(s) of the collapse of the twin towers and building 7," said Reynolds this week from his offices at Texas A&M. "If the official wisdom on the collapses is wrong, as I believe it is, then policy based on such erroneous engineering analysis is not likely to be correct either. The government's collapse theory is highly vulnerable on its own terms. Only professional demolition appears to account for the full range of facts associated with the collapse of the three buildings.

"More importantly, momentous political and social consequences would follow if impartial observers concluded that professionals imploded the WTC. Meanwhile, the job of scientists, engineers and impartial researchers everywhere is to get the scientific and engineering analysis of 9/11 right."

However, Reynolds said "getting it right in today's security state' remains challenging because he claims explosives and structural experts have been intimidated in their analyses of the collapses of 9/11.

From the beginning, the Bush administration claimed that burning jet fuel caused the collapse of the towers. Although many independent investigators have disagreed, they have been hard pressed to disprove the government theory since most of the evidence was removed by FEMA prior to independent investigation.

Critics claim the Bush administration has tried to cover-up the evidence and the recent 9/11 Commission has failed to address the major evidence contradicting the official version of 9/11.

Some facts demonstrating the flaws in the government jet fuel theory include:

-- Photos showing people walking around in the hole in the North Tower where 10,000 gallons of jet fuel supposedly was burning..

--When the South Tower was hit, most of the North Tower's flames had already vanished, burning for only 16 minutes, making it relatively easy to contain and control without a total collapse.

--The fire did not grow over time, probably because it quickly ran out of fuel and was suffocating, indicating without added explosive devices the firs could have been easily controlled.

--FDNY fire fighters still remain under a tight government gag order to not discuss the explosions they heard, felt and saw. FAA personnel are also under a similar 9/11 gag order.

--Even the flawed 9/11 Commission Report acknowledges that "none of the [fire] chiefs present believed that a total collapse of either tower was possible."

-- Fire had never before caused steel-frame buildings to collapse except for the three buildings on 9/11, nor has fire collapsed any steel high rise since 9/11.

-- The fires, especially in the South Tower and WTC-7, were relatively small.

-- WTC-7 was unharmed by an airplane and had only minor fires on the seventh and twelfth floors of this 47-story steel building yet it collapsed in less than 10 seconds.

-- WTC-5 and WTC-6 had raging fires but did not collapse despite much thinner steel beams.

-- In a PBS documentary, Larry Silverstein, the WTC leaseholder, told the fire department commander on 9/11 about WTC-7 that. "may be the smartest thing to do is pull it," slang for demolish it.

-- It's difficult if not impossible for hydrocarbon fires like those fed by jet fuel (kerosene) to raise the temperature of steel close to melting.

Despite the numerous holes in the government story, the Bush administration has brushed aside or basically ignored any and all critics. Mainstream experts, speaking for the administration, offer a theory essentially arguing that an airplane impact weakened each structure and an intense fire thermally weakened structural components, causing buckling failures while allowing the upper floors to pancake onto the floors below.

One who supports the official account is Thomas Eager, professor of materials engineering and engineering systems at MIT. He argues that the collapse occurred by the extreme heat from the fires, causing the loss of loading-bearing capacity on the structural frame.

Eagar points out the steel in the towers could have collapsed only if heated to the point where it "lost 80 percent of its strength," or around 1,300 degrees Fahrenheit. Critics claim his theory is flawed since the fires did not appear to be intense and widespread enough to reach such high temperatures.

Other experts supporting the official story claim the impact of the airplanes, not the heat, weakened the entire structural system of the towers, but critics contend the beams on floors 94-98 did not appear severely weakened, much less the entire structural system.

Further complicating the matter, hard evidence to fully substantiate either theory since evidence is lacking due to FEMA's quick removal of the structural steel before it could be analyzed. Even though the criminal code requires that crime scene evidence be kept for forensic analysis, FEMA had it destroyed or shipped overseas before a serious investigation could take place.

And even more doubt is cast over why FEMA acted so swiftly since coincidentally officials had arrived the day before the 9/11 attacks at New York's Pier 29 to conduct a war game exercise, named "Tripod II."

Besides FEMA's quick removal of the debris, authorities considered the steel quite valuable as New York City officials had every debris truck tracked on GPS and even fired one truck driver who took an unauthorized lunch break.

In a detailed analysis just released supporting the controlled demolition theory, Reynolds presents a compelling case.

"First, no steel-framed skyscraper, even engulfed in flames hour after hour, had ever collapsed before. Suddenly, three stunning collapses occur within a few city blocks on the same day, two allegedly hit by aircraft, the third not," said Reynolds. "These extraordinary collapses after short-duration minor fires made it all the more important to preserve the evidence, mostly steel girders, to study what had happened.

"On fire intensity, consider this benchmark: A 1991 FEMA report on Philadelphia's Meridian Plaza fire said that the fire was so energetic that 'beams and girders sagged and twisted, but despite this extraordinary exposure, the columns continued to support their loads without obvious damage.' Such an intense fire with consequent sagging and twisting steel beams bears no resemblance to what we observed at the WTC."

After considering both sides of the 9/11 debate and after thoroughly sifting through all the available material, Reynolds concludes the government story regarding all four plane crashes on 9/11 remains highly suspect.

"In fact, the government has failed to produce significant wreckage from any of the four alleged airliners that fateful day. The familiar photo of the Flight 93 crash site in Pennsylvania shows no fuselage, engine or anything recognizable as a plane, just a smoking hole in the ground," said Reynolds. "Photographers reportedly were not allowed near the hole. Neither the FBI nor the National Transportation Safety Board have investigated or produced any report on the alleged airliner crashes."

Dear Congressman Conyers: Since the creation of the Federal Reserve system, we have seen a tremoendous growth in the executive branch of the government. It now has preempted Congress in declaring the War against Iraq, and is even userping the powers of the Courts.

This is making it all the easier to destroy the Constitution.
The agency FEMA has prepared a place for us.

Sorry I use so much space, but the Congress should be investigating the construction of so many Concentration Camps, all with barbed wires pointing inward!

U.S. CONCENTRATION CAMPS
FEMA AND THE REX 84 PROGRAM

There over 600 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a mass exodus of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

A person named Terry Kings wrote an article on his discoveries of camps
located in southern California. His findings are as follows:
Over the last couple months several of us have investigated three soon-to-be prison camps in the Southern California area. We had heard about these sites and wanted to see them for ourselves.

The first one we observed was in Palmdale, California. It is not operating as a prison at the moment but is masquerading as part of a water facility. Now why would there be a facility of this nature out in the middle of nowhere with absolutely no prisoners? The fences that run for miles around this large facility all point inward, and there are large mounds of dirt and dry moat surrounding the central area so the inside area is not visible from the road. There are 3 large loading docks facing the entrance that can be observed from the road. What are these massive docks going to be loading?

We observed white vans patrolling the area and one came out and greeted us with a friendly wave and followed us until we had driven safely beyond the area. What would have happened had we decided to enter the open gate or ask questions?

This facility is across the street from the Palmdale Water Department. The area around the Water Department has fences pointing outward, to keep people out of this dangerous area so as not to drown. Yet, across the street, the fences all point inward. Why? To keep people in? What people? Who are going to be it’s occupants?

There are also signs posted every 50 feet stating: State of California Trespassing Loitering Forbidden By Law Section 555 California Penal Code.

The sign at the entrance says: Pearblossom Operations and Maintenance Subcenter Receiving Department, 34534 116th Street East. There is also a guard shack located at the entrance.

We didn’t venture into this facility, but did circle around it to see if there was anything else visible from the road. We saw miles of fences with the top points all directed inward. There is a railroad track that runs next to the perimeter of this fenced area. The loading docks are large enough to hold railroad cars.

I wonder what they are planning for this facility? They could easily fit 100,000 people in this area. And who would the occupants be?

Another site is located in Brand Park in Glendale. There are newly constructed fences (all outfitted with new wiring that point inward). The fences surround a dry reservoir. There are also new buildings situated in the area. We questioned the idea that there were four armed military personnel walking the park. Since when does a public park need armed guards?

A third site visited was in the San Fernando Valley, adjacent to the Water District. Again, the area around the actual Water District had fences logically pointing out (to keep people out of the dangerous area). And the rest of the adjacent area which went on for several miles was ringed with fences and barbed wire facing inward (to keep what or who in?) Also, interesting was the fact that the addition to the tops of the fences were fairly new as to not even contain any sign of rust on them. Within the grounds was a huge building that the guard said was a training range for policemen. There were newly constructed roads, new gray military looking buildings, and a landing strip. For what? Police cars were constantly patrolling the several mile perimeter of the area.

From the parking lot of the Odyssey Restaurant a better view could be taken of the area that was hidden from site from the highway. There was an area that contained about 100 black boxes that looked like railroad cars. We had heard that loads of railroad cars have been manufactured in Oregon outfitted with shackles. Would these be of that nature? From our position it was hard to determine.

In searching the Internet, I have discovered that there are about 600 of these prison sites around the country (and more literally popping up overnight do they work all night). They are manned, but yet do not contain prisoners. Why do they need all these non-operating prisons? What are they waiting for? We continuously hear that our current prisons are overcrowded and they are releasing prisoners because of this situation. But what about all these facilities? What are they really for? Why are there armed guards yet no one to protect themselves against? And what is going to be the kick-off point to put these facilities into operation?

What would bring about a situation that would call into effect the need for these new prison facilities? A man-made or natural catastrophe? An earthquake, panic due to Y2K, a massive poisoning, a panic of such dimensions to cause nationwide panic?

Once a major disaster occurs (whether it is a real event or manufactured event does not matter) Martial Law is hurriedly put in place and we are all in the hands of the government agencies (FEMA) who thus portray themselves as our protectors. Yet what happens when we question those in authority and how they are taking away all of our freedoms? Will we be the ones detained in these camp sites? And who are they going to round up? Those with guns? Those who ask questions? Those that want to know what’s really going on? Does that include any of us? The seekers of truth?

When first coming across this information I was in a state of total denial. How could this be? I believed our country was free, and always felt a sense of comfort in knowing that as long as we didn’t hurt others in observing our freedom we were left to ourselves. Ideally we treated everyone with respect and honored their uniqueness and hoped that others did likewise.

It took an intensive year of searching into the hidden politics to discover that we are as free as we believe we are. If we are in denial, we don’t see the signs that are staring at us, but keep our minds turned off and busy with all the mundane affairs of daily life.

We just don’t care enough to find out the real truth, and settle for the hand-fed stories that come our way over the major media sources television, radio, newspaper, and magazines. But it’s too late to turn back to the days of blindfolds and hiding our heads in the sand because the reality is becoming very clear. The time is fast approaching when we will be the ones asking "What happened to our freedom? To our free speech? To our right to protect ourselves and our family? To think as an individual? To express ourselves in whatever way we wish?"

Once we challenge that freedom we find out how free we really are. How many are willing to take up that challenge? Very few indeed, otherwise we wouldn’t find ourselves in the situation that we are in at the present time. We wouldn’t have let things progress and get out of the hands of the public and into the hands of those that seek to keep us under their control no matter what it takes, and that includes the use of force and detainment for those that ask the wrong questions.

Will asking questions be outlawed next? Several instances have recently been reported where those that were asking questions that came too near the untold truth (the cover up) were removed from the press conferences and from the public’s ear. Also, those that wanted to speak to the press were detained and either imprisoned, locked in a psychiatric hospital, slaughtered (through make-believe suicides) or discredited.

Why are we all in denial over these possibilities? Didn’t we hear about prison camps in Germany, and even in the United States during World War II? Japanese individuals were rounded up and placed in determent camps during the duration of the War. Where was their freedom?

You don’t think it could happen to you? Obviously those rounded up and killed didn’t think it could happen to them either. How could decent people have witnessed such atrocities and still said nothing? Are we going to do the same here as they cart off one by one those individuals who are taking a stand for the rights of the citizens as they expose the truth happening behind the scenes? Are we all going to sit there and wonder what happened to this country of ours? Where did we go wrong? How could we let it happen? [edit on 5-4-2005 by John bull 1]

So many of our military are fighting a war for Israel's expansion and for Iraq's oil and the numbers of those died are not even published correctly. Our national guard there also, when the National Guard should be protesting the Mexican border,to prevent terrorists who stole the biological and chemical weapons that the US gave Hussein, and forgot to secure when the invasion came.

Plans For Civilian Internment (& Worst)

Along the Danube River in Austria about forty miles from Vienna, a prison camp called Stalag 17 was one of many prisoner of war facilities during WWII, containing wooden barracks surrounded by double fences of barbed wire and guard towers. The 1953 Billy Wilder film "Stalag 17" is a close reproduction of the actual facilities, although the actors were obviously not as hungry, dirty, and overcrowded as the real prisoners were.

Similar facilities exist in America, many in remote areas across our country adjacent to major highways, railroads, and airports. The infrastructure for incarcerating and executing resisters and dissenters in the coming American Holocaust has been already set up, according to the 1968 government plans code-named Operation Cable Splicer and Operation Garden Plot (FM 19-15), sub programs of the Rex 84 Program.

Field Manual 3-19.40 or FM 19-40 is the August 2001 version of Military Police Internment/Resettlement Operations. This publication supersedes the FM 19-40 of February 1976 and FM 19-60 of May 1986 by order of the Secretary of the Army signed by administrative assistant, Joel B. Hudson.

Pending the approval of the Army Chief of Staff, currently Eric. K. Shinseki, the military can detain and jail citizens en masse. Rex 84 called for many military bases to be closed and turned into prisons, based on the pretext that if a mass exodus of illegal aliens crossed the border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. A more honest and realistic scenario would be the detention of Americans.

Under "Rex" the President could declare a state of emergency, empowering the head of FEMA to take control of the internal infrastructure of the U.S. and suspend the Constitution. The President could invoke Executive Orders 11000 through 11004 which would draft all citizens into work forces under governmental supervision, empower the postmaster to register all men, women, and children, seize all airports and aircraft, and seize all housing to establish forced relocation of all citizens.

Congressman Henry Gonzales clarified the question of the existence of civilian detention camps by stating, "The truth is yes - you do have these standby provisions and the plans are here...whereby you could, in the name of stopping terrorism...evoke the military and arrest Americans and put them in detention camps."

Equipped with flexible "military operations in urban terrain" and "operations other than war" doctrine, lethal and "less-than-lethal" high-tech weaponry, US "armed forces", and "elite" militarized police units are being trained to eradicate "disorder", "disturbance", and "civil disobedience" in America. The American corporate/military directorship has the power to enforce its definition of "disorder" and sees our Constitutional Republic as a threat and permanent counter-revolution as a "national security" requirement.

Their rationale for civil disturbance "tactics and techniques" contingency planning is simple: self-preservation. They are systematically organizing to protect their interests, profits, and plots against growing opposition to their criminal activities, while rapidly consolidating an infrastructure of repression designed to "suppress rebellion against the authority of the United States".

According to the Pentagon, "US forces deployed to assist federal and local authorities during times of civil disturbance will follow use-of-force policy found in Department of Defense Civil Disturbance Plan - Garden Plot." The United States Air Force Civil Disturbance Plan 55-2 - Garden Plot, is the implementing and supporting plan for the Department of the Army Civil Disturbance Plan - Garden Plot (March 1984), which provides for the employment of USAF forces in assisting civil authorities with airlift and logistical support.

The Amtrak Railcar Repair Facility at Beech Grove, Indianapolis, contains at least ten maintenance barns covering 129 acres, two separate fences with the tops leaning inward, high security NSA-style people turnstiles, and high intensity/security lighting for 24-hour operation. One barn is large enough to put four box cars. Under martial law, this box car (gas chamber) facility will be used for the handling and execution of category RED and BLUE people, hence becoming a death camp

The box car building fence is marked with special 'RED/BLUE Zone' signs that correspond to the RED/BLUE Lists which surfaced in June and July of 1996, when an FBI agent got hold of the Region Three BLUE List from a CIA agent and found his own name on it. The Red List is for pick-up and execution before preparations for martial law are initiated and the BLUE List is for execution at a later date, within six weeks of actual martial law declaration. There are no 're-education' plans for either category, just execution.

They will take people from their homes and put them in a black van, drive them to a helicopter that will fly them to a big CH-47 Chinook helicopter.... all black, unmarked, and illegally operating under the Treaty of Open Skies. Then people will be flown to one of 38 cities to board a 747, 737, or 727 and taken to a temporary detention facility, where if RED listed will be taken to a red camp.

This RED/BLUE List policy parallels the Nazi plan by Heinz Hohne in "The Story of the Nazi SS: The Order of the Death's Head" (published 1966) and is the same blueprint the Nazi's used for rounding up people in 1934. The horrors of Nazi death camps are in store for Americans and yet there are those who don't think it can happen again..... especially here in the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave.

Railroad Car Gas Chambers
The Indianapolis News ran an article on January 27, 1995 entitled 'Amtrak Lays off 212 at Beech Grove: 170 Lose Jobs at Maintenance Center Today' with the following information, "Late last year, Congress ordered Amtrak to spend at least $5.9 million patching holes in the roof and fixing masonry on the walls of the giant machine sheds at Beech Grove" which leads to the question, why? These buildings have been 'sealed' airtight and constructed to allow gas to be blown into all the buildings via the newly installed, two-story, hot air heating furnances so why perform renovations worth $6 million and then lay off people? Because the 'slots' of the 212 Americans who were laid off will be filled with foreigners, who will have no qualms about gassing Americans in the newly renovated gas chambers, in the Dachau and Auschwitz of America.

In 1996, the US Army Military Police Corps restructured its four combat support missions into five functions, which describe Military Police capabilities in support of US forces deployed worldwide. These functions are maneuver and mobility support, area security, law and order, internment/resettlement, and police intelligence operations. While our own troops are sent all over the globe, who do you think will be minding the store? Foreign troops have been brought and trained to do just that, as they will not have the same objections to imprisoning Americans that American troops would be inclined to have.

Unlike enemy prisoner of war (EPW) and civilian internee operations in the past, internment/resettlement (I/R) operations include additional detained persons and the handling, 'protecting', and accounting for dislocated civilians as well as conducting battlefield confinement of US military prisoners. A civilian internee (CI) is a person who is interned during armed conflict or occupation if considered a security risk or if 'protection' is needed because of committing an offense (insurgent, criminal) against the detaining power, a dislocated civilian (DC) is a civilian who has left his/her home for various reasons, and a displaced person (DP) has been dislocated because of war, natural disaster, or political/economic turmoil.

Besides FEMA, the other federal agencies that provide advice, assistance, and resources to plan, implement, and accomplish internal settlement operations are: Departments of Transportation, Agriculture, and Justice, US Agency for International Development, Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance, US Information Agency, Public Health Service, and Immigration and Naturalization Service.

There are three principle types of civilian organizations which are international (IO), nongovernmental (NGO), and international humanitarian (IHO). An international organization is established by intergovernmental agreements and operates at the international level which includes the United Nations of course. The UN is involved in the entire spectrum of "humanitarian assistance" including UN Disaster Relieve Coordinator (UNDRC) and UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). The UNDRC coordinates assistance to persons compelled to leave their homes because of disasters and the UNHCR facilitates repatriation, reintegration, or asylum of refugees among other things.

The internment of civilians is authorized and directed, as determined by US military to be necessary. The internees are to be escorted to the receiving area where the internment process begins. The processing actions start in the processing area with being assigned temporary internment serial numbers (ISNs), removing and labeling clothing, showers and haircuts, medical evaluation, immunizations and reimmunizations as prescribed, and medical records with dates and places of inspection, immunization, and disinfection. The movement of the internee will be supervised to the next station, where basic personal items will be issued before being escorted to the processing line, to be assigned a permanent ISN and ID documents are initiated. Then, it is on to being fingerprinted, photographed, and issued an ID card. After CIs have been formally processed into the internment facility and entered into the Internment/Resettlement Information System (IRIS) database, the internment/resettlement information center (IRIC) forwards the information to the national IRIC for dissemination to 'protecting' powers.

An internee committee is a form of self-government within a facility that will be allowed in order to minimize the impression that CIs are prisoners.

When use of force is deemed necessary, to 'protect' internees/facilities and to control unruly and rebellious internee populations, squad to platoon sized QRFs (quick-reaction forces) are trained and organized to respond to civil disturbances inside and outside the facility. The application of any or all of the priorities of force depends on the situation encountered. The six priorities of force are verbal persuasion, show of force, chemical aerosol irritants, use of physical force other than weapons fire, presentation of deadly force, and deadly force. Deadly force is authorized for self-defense, protection of assets, serious offenses of violence or threats, arrests and apprehensions, and escapes.

Non Lethal Weapons (NLWs) are designed to reinforce deterrence to accomplish discouraging hostile actions, limit escalation, protect US forces, and take military action in situations where the use of lethal force is not the preferred. The two riot control agents to be used to quell riots and disperse crowds are CS (O-Chlorobenzylidine-Malonitrile) and OC (Oleoresin Capsicum). The latter is derived from a blend of 300 varieties of pepper plants and 750 times more powerful than CS.

There are more pleasant things that I would much rather discuss in addition to pursuing personal lifetime dreams and goals, however with tyranny overshadowing the American Dream, it is impossible to go on with business as usual, much less making dreams come true. In school we were required read to "The Diary of Anne Frank", "1984", "Brave New world", and "Animal Farm" which led to an interest in war movies to gain a better understanding of WWI, WWII, and the Vietnam War.

A question that haunted me was how could Hitler rise to power with his satanic/occult fascism and why did the German people allow it. I learned long ago that many Germans and Christians died along with the Jewish population, and what happened in Nazi Germany could also happen in America if people were not vigilant. Stalag 17 type facilities are in America and just waiting for occupants, only this time it will succeed on a grand scale unless multitudes of decent people refuse to accept or condone tyranny and death, while there is still time and while we still can.

Some people have referred to it as the "secret government" of the United States. It is not an elected body, it does not involve itself in public disclosures, and it even has a quasi-secret budget in the billions of dollars. This government organization has more power than the President of the United States or the Congress, it has the power to suspend laws, move entire populations, arrest and detain citizens without a warrant and hold them without trial, it can seize property, food supplies, transportation systems, and can suspend the Constitution.

Not only is it the most powerful entity in the United States, but it was not even created under Constitutional law by the Congress. It was a product of a Presidential Executive Order. No, it is not the U.S. military nor the Central Intelligence Agency, they are subject to Congress. The organization is called FEMA, which stands for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Originally conceived in the Richard Nixon Administration, it was refined by President Jimmy Carter and given teeth in the Ronald Reagan and George Bush Administrations.

FEMA had one original concept when it was created, to assure the survivability of the United States government in the event of a nuclear attack on this nation. It was also provided with the task of being a federal coordinating body during times of domestic disasters, such as earthquakes, floods and hurricanes. Its awesome powers grow under the tutelage of people like Lt. Col. Oliver North and General Richard Secord, the architects on the Iran-Contra scandal and the looting of America's savings and loan institutions. FEMA has even been given control of the State Defense Forces, a rag-tag, often considered neo-Nazi, civilian army that will substitute for the National Guard, if the Guard is called to duty overseas.

THE MOST POWERFUL ORGANIZATION IN THE UNITED STATES

Though it may be the most powerful organization in the United States, few people know it even exists. But it has crept into our private lives. Even mortgage papers contain FEMA's name in small print if the property in question is near a flood plain. FEMA was deeply involved in the Los Angeles riots and the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake in the San Francisco Bay Area. Some of the black helicopter traffic reported throughout the United States, but mainly in the West, California, Washington, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado, are flown by FEMA personnel. FEMA has been given responsibility for many new disasters including urban forest fires, home heating emergencies, refugee situations, urban riots, and emergency planning for nuclear and toxic incidents. In the West, it works in conjunction with the Sixth Army.

FEMA was created in a series of Executive Orders. A Presidential Executive Order, whether Constitutional or not, becomes law simply by its publication in the Federal Registry. Congress is by-passed. Executive Order Number 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An "emergency czar" was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic. Executive Order Number 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and grant the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry.

Here are just a few Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis."
FEMA's powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate:

the National Security Act of 1947, which allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities;

the 1950 Defense Production Act, which gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy;

the Act of August 29, 1916, which authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency; and

the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, which enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national.
These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.

HURRICANE ANDREW FOCUSED ATTENTION ON FEMA

FEMA's deceptive role really did not come to light with much of the public until Hurricane Andrew smashed into the U.S. mainland. As Russell R. Dynes, director of the Disaster Research Center of the University of Delaware, wrote in The World and I, "...The eye of the political storm hovered over the Federal Emergency Management Agency. FEMA became a convenient target for criticism." Because FEMA was accused of dropping the ball in Florida, the media and Congress commenced to study this agency. What came out of the critical look was that FEMA was spending 12 times more for "black operations" than for disaster relief. It spent $1.3 billion building secret bunkers throughout the United States in anticipation of government disruption by foreign or domestic upheaval. Yet fewer than 20 members of Congress , only members with top security clearance, know of the $1.3 billion expenditure by FEMA for non-natural disaster situations. These few Congressional leaders state that FEMA has a "black curtain" around its operations. FEMA has worked on National Security programs since 1979, and its predecessor, the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency, has secretly spent millions of dollars before being merged into FEMA by President Carter in 1979.

FEMA has developed 300 sophisticated mobile units that are capable of sustaining themselves for a month. The vehicles are located in five areas of the United States. They have tremendous communication systems and each contains a generator that would provide power to 120 homes each, but have never been used for disaster relief.

FEMA's enormous powers can be triggered easily. In any form of domestic or foreign problem, perceived and not always actual, emergency powers can be enacted. The President of the United States now has broader powers to declare martial law, which activates FEMA's extraordinary powers. Martial law can be declared during time of increased tension overseas, economic problems within the United States, such as a depression, civil unrest, such as demonstrations or scenes like the Los Angeles riots, and in a drug crisis. These Presidential powers have increased with successive Crime Bills, particularly the 1991 and 1993 Crime Bills, which increase the power to suspend the rights guaranteed under the Constitution and to seize property of those suspected of being drug dealers, to individuals who participate in a public protest or demonstration. Under emergency plans already in existence, the power exists to suspend the Constitution and turn over the reigns of government to FEMA and appointing military commanders to run state and local governments. FEMA then would have the right to order the detention of anyone whom there is reasonable ground to believe...will engage in, or probably conspire with others to engage in acts of espionage or sabotage. The plan also authorized the establishment of concentration camps for detaining the accused, but no trial.

Three times since 1984, FEMA stood on the threshold of taking control of the nation. Once under President Reagan in 1984, and twice under President Bush in 1990 and 1992. But under those three scenarios, there was not a sufficient crisis to warrant risking martial law. Most experts on the subject of FEMA and Martial Law insisted that a crisis has to appear dangerous enough for the people of the United States before they would tolerate or accept complete government takeover. The typical crisis needed would be threat of imminent nuclear war, rioting in several U.S. cites simultaneously, a series of national disasters that affect widespread danger to the populous, massive terrorist attacks, a depression in which tens of millions are unemployed and without financial resources, or a major environmental disaster.

THREE TIMES FEMA STOOD BY READY FOR EMERGENCY

In April 1984, President Reagan signed Presidential Director Number 54 that allowed FEMA to engage in a secret national "readiness exercise" under the code name of REX 84. The exercise was to test FEMA's readiness to assume military authority in the event of a "State of Domestic National Emergency" concurrent with the launching of a direct United States military operation in Central America. The plan called for the deputation of U.S. military and National Guard units so that they could legally be used for domestic law enforcement. These units would be assigned to conduct sweeps and take into custody an estimated 400,000 undocumented Central American immigrants in the United States. The immigrants would be interned at 10 detention centers to be set up at military bases throughout the country.

REX 84 was so highly guarded that special metal security doors were placed on the fifth floor of the FEMA building in Washington, D.C. Even long-standing employees of the Civil Defense of the Federal Executive Department possessing the highest possible security clearances were not being allowed through the newly installed metal security doors. Only personnel wearing a special red Christian cross or crucifix lapel pin were allowed into the premises. Lt. Col. North was responsible for drawing up the emergency plan, which U.S. Attorney General William French Smith opposed vehemently. The plan called for the suspension of the Constitution, turning control of the government over to FEMA, appointment of military commanders to run state and local governments and the declaration of Martial Law. The Presidential Executive Orders to support such a plan were already in place. The plan also advocated the rounding up and transfer to "assembly centers or relocation camps" of at least 21 million American Negroes in the event of massive rioting or disorder, not unlike the rounding up of the Jews in Nazi Germany in the 1930s.

The second known time that FEMA stood by was in 1990 when Desert Storm was enacted. Prior to President Bush's invasion of Iraq, FEMA began to draft new legislation to increase its already formidable powers. One of the elements incorporated into the plan was to set up operations within any state or locality without the prior permission of local or state authorities. Such prior permission has always been required in the past. Much of the mechanism being set into place was in anticipation of the economic collapse of the Western World. The war with Iraq may have been conceived as a ploy to boost the bankrupt economy, but it only pushed the West into deeper recession.

The third scenario for FEMA came with the Los Angeles riots after the Rodney King brutality verdict. Had the rioting spread to other cities, FEMA would have been empowered to step in. As it was, major rioting only occurred in the Los Angeles area, thus preventing a pretext for a FEMA response.

On July 5, 1987, the Miami Herald published reports on FEMA's new goals. The goal was to suspend the Constitution in the event of a national crisis, such as nuclear war, violent and widespread internal dissent, or national opposition to a U.S. military invasion abroad. Lt. Col. North was the architect. National Security Directive Number 52 issued in August 1982, pertains to the "Use of National Guard Troops to Quell Disturbances."

The crux of the problem is that FEMA has the power to turn the United States into a police state in time of a real crisis or a manufactured crisis. Lt. Col. North virtually established the apparatus for dictatorship. Only the criticism of the Attorney General prevented the plans from being adopted. But intelligence reports indicate that FEMA has a folder with 22 Executive Orders for the President to sign in case of an emergency. It is believed those Executive Orders contain the framework of North's concepts, delayed by criticism but never truly abandoned.

The crisis, as the government now see it, is civil unrest. For generations, the government was concerned with nuclear war, but the violent and disruptive demonstrations that surrounded the Vietnam War era prompted President Nixon to change the direction of emergency powers from war time to times of domestic unrest. Diana Raynolds, program director of the Edward R. Murrow Center, summed up the dangers of FEMA today and the public reaction to Martial Law in a drug crisis: "It was James Madison's worst nightmare that a righteous faction would someday be strong enough to sweep away the Constitutional restraints designed by the framers to prevent the tyranny of centralized power, excessive privilege, an arbitrary governmental authority over the individual. These restraints, the balancing and checking of powers among branches and layers of government, and the civil guarantees, would be the first casualties in a drug-induced national security state with Reagan's Civil Emergency Preparedness unleashed. Nevertheless, there would be those who would welcome NSC (National Security Council) into the drug fray, believing that increasing state police powers to emergency levels is the only way left to fight America's enemy within. In the short run, a national security state would probably be a relief to those whose personal security and quality of life has been diminished by drugs or drug related crime. And, as the general public watches the progression of institutional chaos and social decay, they too may be willing to pay the ultimate price, one drug free America for 200 years of democracy."

The first targets in any FEMA emergency would be Hispanics and Blacks, the FEMA orders call for them to be rounded up and detained. Tax protesters, demonstrators against government military intervention outside U.S. borders, and people who maintain weapons in their homes are also targets. Operation Trojan Horse is a program designed to learn the identity of potential opponents to martial law. The program lures potential protesters into public forums, conducted by a "hero" of the people who advocates survival training. The list of names gathered at such meetings and rallies are computerized and then targeted in case of an emergency.

The most shining example of America to the world has been its peaceful transition of government from one administration to another. Despite crises of great magnitude, the United States has maintained its freedom and liberty. This nation now stands on the threshold of rule by non-elected people asserting non-Constitutional powers. Even Congress cannot review a Martial Law action until six months after it has been declared. For the first time in American history, the reigns of government would not be transferred from one elected element to another, but the Constitution, itself, can be suspended.

The scenarios established to trigger FEMA into action are generally found in the society today, economic collapse, civil unrest, drug problems, terrorist attacks, and protests against American intervention in a foreign country. All these premises exist, it could only be a matter of time in which one of these triggers the entire emergency necessary to bring FEMA into action, and then it may be too late, because under the FEMA plan, there is no contingency by which Constitutional power is restored.

U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., is coming under heavy fire after saying American treatment of terror detainees at the Guantanamo Naval Base is comparable to torture at the hands of Nazis, Soviet gulags and even Cambodian mass murderer Pol Pot.

Durbin's remarks came last night on the Senate floor, as he diverted from comments on the Energy Bill to discuss allegations of prisoner abuse at the U.S. facility in Cuba. Quoting an FBI agent who was at Guantanamo, Durbin said:

On one occasion, the air conditioning had been turned down so far and the temperature was so cold in the room, that the barefooted detainee was shaking with cold. ... On another occasion, the [air conditioner] had been turned off, making the temperature in the unventilated room well over 100 degrees. The detainee was almost unconscious on the floor, with a pile of hair next to him. He had apparently been literally pulling his hair out throughout the night. On another occasion, not only was the temperature unbearably hot, but extremely loud rap music was being played in the room, and had been since the day before, with the detainee chained hand and foot in the fetal position on the tile floor.
If I read this to you and did not tell you that it was an FBI agent describing what Americans had done to prisoners in their control, you would most certainly believe this must have been done by Nazis, Soviets in their gulags, or some mad regime – Pol Pot or others – that had no concern for human beings. Sadly, that is not the case. This was the action of Americans in the treatment of their prisoners"

Damn it, I've read reports that the DOD is not disclosing the true numbers of Americans killed as a result of the way in Iraq. The DOE reportedly doesn't count the numbers of Americans who died on route to hospitals, or in the hospitals. Estimates vary up to 9000 are dead as a result.

The Jesuit Oath Exposed

[The following is the text of the Jesuit Extreme Oath of Induction as recorded in the Journals of the 62nd Congress, 3rd Session, of the United States Congressional Record (House Calendar No. 397, Report No. 1523, 15 February, 1913, pp. 3215-3216), from which it was subsequently torn out. The Oath is also quoted by Charles Didier in his book Subterranean Rome (New York, 1843), translated from the French original. Dr. Alberto Rivera, who escaped from the Jesuit Order in 1967, confirms that the induction ceremony and the text of the Jesuit Oath which he took were identical to what we have cited below. – A. N.]

When a Jesuit of the minor rank is to be elevated to command, he is conducted into the Chapel of the Convent of the Order, where there are only three others present, the principal or Superior standing in front of the altar. On either side stands a monk, one of whom holds a banner of yellow and white, which are the Papal colours, and the other a black banner with a dagger and red cross above a skull and crossbones, with the word INRI, and below them the words IUSTUM NECAR REGES IMPIUS. The meaning of which is: It is just to exterminate or annihilate impious or heretical Kings, Governments, or Rulers.

Upon the floor is a red cross at which the postulant or candidate kneels. The Superior hands him a small black crucifix, which he takes in his left hand and presses to his heart, and the Superior at the same time presents to him a dagger, which he grasps by the blade and holds the point against his heart, the Superior still holding it by the hilt, and thus addresses the postulant:

My son, heretofore you have been taught to act the dissembler: among Roman Catholics to be a Roman Catholic, and to be a spy even among your own brethren; to believe no man, to trust no man. Among the Reformers, to be a Reformer; among the Huguenots, to be a Huguenot; among the Calvinists, to be a Calvinist; among other Protestants, generally to be a Protestant; and obtaining their confidence, to seek even to preach from their pulpits, and to denounce with all the vehemence in your nature our Holy Religion and the Pope; and even to descend so low as to become a Jew among Jews, that you might be enabled to gather together all information for the benefit of your Order as a faithful soldier of the Pope. You have been taught to plant insidiously the seeds of jealousy and hatred between communities, provinces, states that were at peace, and to incite them to deeds of blood, involving them in war with each other, and to create revolutions and civil wars in countries that were independent and prosperous, cultivating the arts and the sciences and enjoying the blessings of peace; to take sides with the combatants and to act secretly with your brother Jesuit, who might be engaged on the other side, but openly opposed to that with which you might be connected, only that the Church might be the gainer in the end, in the conditions fixed in the treaties for peace and that the end justifies the means. You have been taught your duty as a spy, to gather all statistics, facts and information in your power from every source; to ingratiate yourself into the confidence of the family circle of Protestants and heretics of every class and character, as well as that of the merchant, the banker, the lawyer, among the schools and universities, in parliaments and legislatures, and the judiciaries and councils of state, and to be all things to all men, for the Pope's sake, whose servants we are unto death. You have received all your instructions heretofore as a novice, a neophyte, and have served as co-adjurer, confessor and priest, but you have not yet been invested with all that is necessary to command in the Army of Loyola in the service of the Pope. You must serve the proper time as the instrument and executioner as directed by your superiors; for none can command here who has not consecrated his labours with the blood of the heretic; for "without the shedding of blood no man can be saved". Therefore, to fit yourself for your work and make your own salvation sure, you will, in addition to your former oath of obedience to your order and allegiance to the Pope, repeat after me:

I_ , now in the presence of Almighty God, the blessed Virgin Mary, the blessed St. John the Baptist, the Holy Apostles, St. Peter and St. Paul, and all the saints, sacred host of Heaven, and to you, my Ghostly Father, the superior general of the Society of Jesus, founded by St. Ignatius Loyola, in the pontification of Paul the Third, and continued to the present, do by the womb of the Virgin, the matrix of God, and the rod of Jesus Christ, declare and swear that His Holiness, the Pope, is Christ's Vice-Regent and is the true and only head of the Catholic or Universal Church throughout the earth; and that by the virtue of the keys of binding and loosing given to His Holiness by my Saviour, Jesus Christ, he hath power to depose heretical Kings, Princes, States, Commonwealths, and Governments, and they may be safely destroyed. Therefore to the utmost of my power I will defend this doctrine and His Holiness's right and custom against all usurpers of the heretical or Protestant authority whatever, especially the Lutheran Church of Germany, Holland, Denmark, Sweden and Norway, and the now pretended authority and Churches of England and Scotland, and the branches of same now established in Ireland and on the continent of America and elsewhere and all adherents in regard that they may be usurped and heretical, opposing the sacred Mother Church of Rome. I do now denounce and disown any allegiance as due to any heretical king, prince or State, named Protestant or Liberal, or obedience to any of their laws, magistrates or officers. I do further declare the doctrine of the Churches of England and Scotland of the Calvinists, Huguenots, and others of the name of Protestants or Masons to be damnable, and they themselves to be damned who will not forsake the same. I do further declare that I will help, assist, and advise all or any of His Holiness's agents, in any place where I should be, in Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Ireland or America, or in any other kingdom or territory I shall come to, and do my utmost to extirpate the heretical Protestant or Masonic doctrines and to destroy all their pretended powers, legal or otherwise. I do further promise and declare that, notwithstanding, I am dispensed with to assume any religion heretical for the propagation of the Mother Church's interest; to keep secret and private all her agents' counsels from time to time, as they entrust me, and not to divulge, directly or indirectly, by word, writing or circumstances whatever; but to execute all that should be proposed, given in charge, or discovered unto me by you, my Ghostly Father, or any of this sacred order. I do further promise and declare that I will have no opinion or will of my own or any mental reservation whatever, even as a corpse or cadaver (perinde ac cadaver), but will unhesitatingly obey each and every command that I may receive from my superiors in the militia of the Pope and of Jesus Christ. That I will go to any part of the world whithersoever I may be sent, to the frozen regions north, jungles of India, to the centres of civilisation of Europe, or to the wild haunts of the barbarous savages of America without murmuring or repining, and will be submissive in all things, whatsoever is communicated to me. I do further promise and declare that I will, when opportunity presents, make and wage relentless war, secretly and openly, against all heretics, Protestants and Masons, as I am directed to do, to extirpate them from the face of the whole earth; and that I will spare neither age, sex nor condition, and that will hang, burn, waste, boil, flay, strangle, and bury alive these infamous heretics; rip up the stomachs and wombs of their women, and crush their infants' heads against the walls in order to annihilate their execrable race. That when the same cannot be done openly I will secretly use the poisonous cup, the strangulation cord, the steel of the poniard, or the leaden bullet, regardless of the honour, rank, dignity or authority of the persons, whatever may be their condition in life, either public or private, as I at any time may be directed so to do by any agents of the Pope or Superior of the Brotherhood of the Holy Father of the Society of Jesus. In confirmation of which I hereby dedicate my life, soul, and all corporal powers, and with the dagger which I now receive I will subscribe my name written in my blood in testimony thereof; and should I prove false, or weaken in my determination, may my brethren and fellow soldiers of the militia of the Pope cut off my hands and feet and my throat from ear to ear, my belly be opened and sulphur burned therein with all the punishment that can be inflicted upon me on earth, and my soul shall be tortured by demons in eternal hell forever. That I will in voting always vote for a Knight of Columbus in preference to a Protestant, especially a Mason, and that I will leave my party so to do; that if two Catholics are on the ticket I will satisfy myself which is the better supporter of Mother Church and vote accordingly. That I will not deal with or employ a Protestant if in my power to deal with or employ a Catholic. That I will place Catholic girls in Protestant families that a weekly report may be made of the inner movements of the heretics. That I will provide myself with arms and ammunition that I may be in readiness when the word is passed, or I am commanded to defend the Church either as an individual or with the militia of the Pope. All of which I,_, do swear by the blessed Trinity and blessed sacrament which I am now to receive to perform and on part to keep this my oath. In testimony hereof, I take this most holy and blessed sacrament of the Eucharist and witness the same further with my name written with the point of this dagger dipped in my own blood and seal in the face of this holy sacrament.

(He receives the wafer from the Superior and writes his name with the point of his dagger dipped in his own blood taken from over his heart.)

You will now rise to your feet and I will instruct you in the Catechism necessary to make yourself known to any member of the Society of Jesus belonging to this rank. In the first place, you, as a Brother Jesuit, will with another mutually make the ordinary sign of the cross as any ordinary Roman Catholic would; then one crosses his wrists, the palms of his hands open, and the other in answer crosses his feet, one above the other; the first points with forefinger of the right hand to the centre of the palm of the left, the other with the forefinger of the left hand points to the centre of the palm of the right; the first then with his right hand makes a circle around his head, touching it; the other then with the forefinger of his left hand touches the left side of his body just below his heart; the first then with his right hand draws it across the throat of the other, and the latter then with a dagger down the stomach and abdomen of the first. The first then says Iustum; and the other answers Necar; the first Reges; the other answers Impious. The first will then present a small piece of paper folded in a peculiar manner, four times, which the other will cut longitudinally and on opening the name Jesu will be found written upon the head and arms of a cross three times. You will then give and receive with him the following questions and answers:

From whither do you come? Answer: The Holy faith.

Whom do you serve? Answer: The Holy Father at Rome, the Pope, and the Roman Catholic Church Universal throughout the world.

Who commands you? Answer: The Successor of St. Ignatius Loyola, the founder of the Society of Jesus or the Soldiers of Jesus Christ.

Who received you? Answer: A venerable man in white hair.

How? Answer: With a naked dagger, I kneeling upon the cross beneath the banners of the Pope and of our sacred order.

Did you take an oath? Answer: I did, to destroy heretics and their governments and rulers, and to spare neither age, nor sex, nor condition; to be as a corpse without any opinion or will of my own, but to implicitly obey my Superiors in all things without hesitation or murmuring.

Will you do that? Answer: I will.

How do you travel? Answer: In the bark of Peter the fisherman.

Whither do you travel? Answer: To the four quarters of the globe.

For what purpose? Answer: To obey the orders of my General and Superiors and execute the will of the Pope and faithfully fulfil the conditions of my oaths.

N.B.:

This document is a work-in-progress. It represents the current best judgment of the Jesuit Conference Board concerning directions toward which the Society of Jesus in the United States ought to be moving through 2012. The directions outlined here will require significant development, refinement and testing before the document takes final form. The Conference Board invites Jesuits and apostolic partners to help further its discernment and the development of this document by engaging in reflection upon, conversation about and response to the strategic directions proposed here.

Context and Mission of Strategic Discernment

Jesuits are called to be servants of Christ’s mission.

The service of U.S. Jesuits takes place in a context that is shaped by important demographic, cultural, social and religious issues in the United States, the needs of the local and universal Church, and the human, material and spiritual resources available to the United States Assistancy.

In this context and in ways that explicitly respond to this context, U.S. Jesuits serve Christ’s mission through the service of faith that promotes justice, evangelizes culture and fosters inter-religious dialogue (GC 34, Decrees 2 – 5). They do so through existing ministries, creative new ministries and by attending to their responsibility for the international mission of the whole Society.

Called to read and respond to the signs of the times, Jesuits in the United States engage in an ongoing process of learning, discerning and responding, employing resources found not only within the Society, but those of their partners in ministry and of other organizations of good will, both religious and secular.

As the Society of Jesus in the United States surveys its current context and strives to read the signs of the times and the call of the Spirit as it moves forward in the service of Christ’s mission, a set of issues emerge that shape the learning, discernment and response of the Assistancy: In asking the questions “What are the apostolic needs of the people of God in this time and this context, and how is the Society of Jesus in the United States called to respond?” the Assistancy is challenged to:

1) Develop and employ effective ways of learning about and assessing the needs of the Church and civil society;

2) Articulate a projection of the Society of Jesus in the United States, its resources and personnel through the next decade;

3) Assess honestly current ministerial commitments and develop a realistic and specific plan for future involvement of Jesuits in those ministries;

4) Set priorities for new ministerial directions and apostolic works based on the needs of the Church and social realities;

5) Develop means to build and sustain capacity for effective apostolic collaboration with lay colleagues;

6) Organize governance structures that match our reality, support cura personalis and strengthen coordinated national cura apostolica;

7) Foster local communities that are closely aligned with and support the articulated mission, and that serve as apostolic vehicles for our ministries;

8) Support sharing of our resources with the Society throughout the world, especially in the education of future leaders for developing provinces.

The mission of the Society of Jesus in the United States is done:

through ministries;

by Jesuits;

in partnership with others;

under governance structures that support and promote the mission

Engaging the challenges set forth above helps to set new strategic directions in each of these four areas.

Ministries

Vision for 2012

Ministries in which Jesuits engage are grounded in the one mission of the Society of Jesus and in criteria clearly established in recent General Congregations. Among others, these include education, pastoral ministries, social ministries, the ministry of the Spiritual Exercises, and communications. The focus of these ministries is the service of faith through the promotion of justice, the evangelization of cultures and the fostering of inter- religious dialogue in the context of and in response to social and cultural realities and the needs of the Church in the United States. Ministries are distinguished by significant synergy among them, an expanding cadre of partners, and a growing visibility and influence in the culture. In developing this vision for our strategic discernment, we look especially to Part VII of the Constitutions; Decree 2 of The Thirty-Fourth General Congregation; and Guidelines for the Relationship Between the Superior and the Director of the Work (1998).

Strategic Directions

By 2012, the Society of Jesus will have taken the necessary steps to ensure that:

1) There are national criteria for setting priorities for engagement in ministries, both existing and new.

2) There is a national structure for each apostolic sector to support common vision and personnel development in areas such as leadership, governance and decision-making. (see Partnership)

3) Works are strongly networked and interdependent.

4) There is increasing collaboration with partners, and there are deliberate efforts to expand the circle of partners (See Partnership).

5) The Society of Jesus is connected to the ministries via a variety of forms of relationship which are clearly articulated and agreed upon.

6) Ministries creatively and strategically communicate and promote the mission of the Society of Jesus and its values to the society and culture at large.

Jesuit Life

Vision for 2012

Jesuits live and learn in ways that form and sustain them for service of the mission of the universal body of the Society, for which apostolic availability is a foundation. Their lifestyle gives public witness to a religious vocation that is fundamentally apostolic and that continually seeks the greater honor and glory of God through availability for mission. In developing this vision, we look especially to The General Examen; The Formation of Jesuits from the Letters of Fr. Peter-Hans Kolvenbach, S.J (2003); Fr. Kolvenbach’s Letter on Community Life; Fr. Fred Kammer’s Letter on Community Life; and Decree 4 of the Thirty- Fourth General Congregation.

Strategic Directions

By 2012, the Society of Jesus will have taken the necessary steps to ensure that:

1) Vocation promotion is coordinated nationally

2) Jesuit formation is coordinated nationally and in ways that honor and develop the distinctive vocation to vowed religious life.

3) Jesuit formation and life include explicit international dimensions that prepare and sustain Jesuits in serving international needs.

4) Apostolic community life is guided by national criteria that are regionally developed and adapted, locally accountable, and for which provincials assume co-responsibility.

5) The ongoing formation of Jesuits, that includes collaborative experiences with lay and other religious partners, is guided by national criteria that are regionally developed and adapted, and locally accountable. (see Partnership)

6) The engagement of aging Jesuits in ministry and the care for their needs are guided by national criteria that are regionally developed and adapted, and locally accountable.

Vision for 2012

Jesuits are engaged in a sustainable and intentional commitment to lay apostolic partnership that recognizes the distinctiveness of lay and Jesuit vocations. Jesuits are formed for this partnership and they are accountable for sustaining and promoting it. In developing this vision, we look especially to Decree 33 from the Thirty-First General Congregation; Decrees 13 and 26 from the Thirty-Fourth General Congregation; and Fr. General’s Omaha address at Creighton University “Cooperating with Each Other in Mission.”

Strategic Directions

By 2012, the Society of Jesus will have taken the necessary steps to ensure that:

1) There is a strategy for nationally coordinated formation for apostolic partners, grounded in the Spiritual Exercises that has national standards, specific outcomes and accountability (see Ministries & Jesuit Life). Recognizing that there is a continuum of partnering relationships, the strategy:

a. Involves a common commitment to identify and invite key potential lay partners and Jesuits to participate in formation opportunities;

b. Is nationally coordinated, regionally developed and locally implemented;

Governance

Vision for 2012

The structures of governance emerge from apostolic need, and these structures further the mission by supporting ministries, Jesuit life and partnerships. Because of this, the vision for governance will be further determined and articulated as the vision and strategies for ministries, Jesuit life, and partnership are developed. We will also look especially to the Complementary Norms and The Guidelines for Provincials (2003).

Strategic Directions

By 2012, the Society of Jesus will have taken the necessary steps to ensure that:

1) No province exists in the form that it existed in 2005; specific criteria for province size and geographical delineation have been developed and implemented.

2) Provincials have adopted appropriate structures for collaboration with one another: to support and direct the implementation of national strategies; to share human and other resources to address needs in support of the mission; and to respond to international responsibilities.

3) The moderator’s role has been strengthened to support the moderator’s leadership of national strategies implementation and greater co-responsibility for the mission of the Society among the members of the Jesuit Conference board.

4) Financial resources are coordinated nationally.

5) Local superiors receive sufficient training and support for their role, and promote the implementation of national strategies on the local level.

6) The Jesuit Conference board engages in ongoing national strategic discernment.

1. We are moving toward developing an assistancy plan that province plans will reference. The purpose is not to tell individual provinces what to do; however, local plans will need to reference the Assistancy plan.
2. While we acknowledge our decreasing numbers, this process is about service to the people of God in the USA and the apostolic energy that we and our partners can bring to it. In the process, we need to look also at how the assistancy will relate to the rest of the world.

3. We take full ownership: as co-provincials, we will give the necessary time and energy to move this process forward.

4. We will set appropriate goals and commit ourselves and our successors to implementing them.

I thought America was owned by Americans. We have been able to separate Chuch and State, and avoid the bloody religious wars of Europe for many years. However with the financial depression the Country became monopolized (via the Federal Reserve: Rocerfellers and others for private gain) by people wanting to control a New World Order, One world government.

This Oilarchy works with the Jesuits since the Vatican was recognized as a foreign country, and of course, there is a vast differnece between the Vatican and the Jesuits. But the Jesuits have always succeeded in killing any Pope who tried to disband their Order.

By aiding and helping the cause of Zionism, they've successfully ignited another war, that between Israel and the Moslems, and through an inside job, dragged America into a war against Moslems. Since they believe their views only, this is part of their strategy. I hate to say it but a Jesuit priest ghost wrote Mein Kampf.

Because so many Nazis were brought over to work in the CIA by Henry Kissenger, they've taught the US military how to torture, and this is killing our standing in the world.

I don't want to see this country ruled by Rockerfeller's UN troops and the New World Order, one World government!

I teach social studies

Preservation of our environment through proper care and conservation is one of the community services we can contribute to the surroundings. The people who were affected by the California wildfires should be informed and have the same access to the extremely useful resource – quick money loans.
